The little door in front is so fun! You can go through it which is so cute. The drive thru line is long as usual, but we went inside and got our drinks pretty fast. The cloudberry drink was super good! Nice and sweet and had a good flavor. The lady who took our order was really nice.

There was a long line as usual, but the service was good as usual. My wife ordered the 10 count mini meal with orange juice. That was $15. My wife said that it seemed more expensive than usual, but we moved on. The food was good though. No complaints.

I stopped by to get an omelette and was greeted by a nice lady who help me find a seat. My server to my order without writing it down and got everything right. The omelette I got was with grilled chicken and tomatoes and very tasty. The meal included a biscuit (already split and buttered) and grits (cooked right). I was very happy with my experience at this Dwarf House and will return when I’m back in the area.

Walked in for my mobile order. No one greeted me. After several minutes I let one girl know I had a mobile order. I was told they were bagging it. It still took more than 3 minutes. They no longer have the best customer service. Asked another lady for the status. She said they were waiting on my sandwich and ir would be about another 4 minutes. I'm pretty much done with this place.

A very tasty comment, the food, now many people work there and you arrive for an order and no one attends to you or asks you, are you invisible? My comment: A lot of talking and little work.

I waited in the lobby of an empty restaurant for a very long 10 minutes while the staff made it a point to ignore me being there but at least they found time to continue their personal conversations. This is not what you would expect from Chick-fil-A !
