Sbarro

Ordered a pizza through doordash. Sbarro used to be delicious. I received a pizza with enough cheese and Grease for 3 pizzas, about 6 pepperoni, and the crust was absolutely raw! Even tried to bake it longer, but the amount of cheese and grease was just too much. I could literally pull the dough crust up in strings with a fork. And not to mention virtually no sauce. It was terrible.

Ordered 32 bucks work of food had to throw my salad and breadsticks away….the salad i didn’t even try to eat but I should have known better being on a hot buffet type of set up….the lettuce was slimy and wilted, breadsticks where more like croutons….my spaghetti was eatable husband had Stromboli he like his. If I eat here again will stick with pizza.

If i could give this a 0 star i would, the older man that works at the front taking peoples orders was extremely rude and needs to be fired. He got angry with me just i was trying to move out of peoples way after i told him i wanted a stromboli and didn’t mention i wanted a combo, he then called me out of my name and took my sons food away and told me to leave. When i was being nothing but calm, and never called him any names. all i asked him was why he was being so rude for no reason. he got even more angry when i asked and walked away with my food and proceeded to throw it away infront of me. there was no manager there so i could not talk to anyone about this experience. This was absolutely horrible: never going back there again.

I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. There were 3 girls working, around 3:30 on a Tuesday, and they were all hiding in the back. When I finally got my pizza, it was obviously old, didn't have enough cheese, and barely had any sausage. I noticed that the blonde guy wasn't there, and he usually is, when I go there, so maybe that's why.

The person working the counter was incredibly rude. When I asked him why his attitude was so bad, he attempted to claim he was joking but offered no apology for his previous behavior. When I told him it wasn't funny to be rude to customers he came completely unhinged. Began waving his hands wildly around and insulting me and my wife. I've seen alot, but never any thing quite like this. The guy claimed to be the owner and if that's true then it explains where the very large amount of negative reviews come from.
