Always go and get a salad and today my dad was told we couldn't have a extra pack of dressing she said no and he said ma'am I'm paying for it $1.20 this lady told my dad I just got a wisdom tooth pulled so I had to come up out my seat and let her know she was wrong. Talked to the manager and it was like she was totally lost..😔 please DO BETTER ITS CRAZY MAN WHEN ITS YOUR FOOD. SERVICE SUCKED

I ended up placing 2 orders first order my sandwich was wrong was supposed to be chicken not beef I could not eat it so I went and ordered a classic chicken to replace the first one and the chicken was so dry I felt like I was biting into cardboard 😢 so I did not get to eat dinner and waisted $16.00 in the process. The food was served in a timely fashion it was just wrong and gross

Today is March 24, 2022 - The food is great. So of course that would make it that the cooks are great. However, Wendy's on Raeford road in the 2900 block claims and has advertised to close at 1 AM. However, it was confirmed to me that at 12:50 an employee stayed his general manager said they closed to the public. If you're going to close before 1 AM then you shouldn't falsely advertise that you're going to close at 1 AM. False advertisements should be illegal and people need to be called on it for misleading others. I do love Wendy's very much and it's probably the only fast food to go that I would stop in and eat on the go. However, I don't feel you should miss inform or mislead the public by closing before one o'clock (as per advertisement) when you say you're open till 1 AM. Lying to the public about what time you close when it is incorrect and you close earlier is unjustified. No probable cause makes it OK. It is the principle of the matter as in any situation or aspect of life. Fair is fair, and telling the public that you close at 1 AM when you actually close before 1 AM is unfair and unjustified. (Overnight shift, March 23 into March 24, 2022.) Godspeed.

my husband and I frequent Wendys because there are no seeds on the buns and since I worked there during my high school years it’s always been a favorite. We just went to this one and the service was excellent but it was one of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time at a wendys. It’s made the way Dave Thomas intended for the burger to be made. You all are amazing and did a fantastic job. Fries were perfect, hot and just the right amount of salt. Pat yourselves on the back. When we come to Fayetteville this will be our number one choice. Thank you.
