Subway

Lots of friendly people here who are all quick and careful with their work. I'm usually in and out with my order relatively fast and have always enjoyed the food I get. Everything always looks and tastes exceptionally fresh. Only minor complaint is the last time I went in, the "toasting" of the sandwich didnt do anything but slightly warm up the bread, not toasted at all.

First off, the employee just ignored us for a minute after taking our stuff out of the toaster (we were the only people there). Then when I get to the next section, I asked for parmesan and the dude starts shaking it on normally then he opens the back side of the cap and just starts dumping an absurd amount of parmesan on the sandwich. I get it bro, if I worked at subway I'd hate my job too, but at least do the job right. You don't have to take it out on the customers.

I usually come here once a week. Would eat every day here if i could. Italian BMT. But its all good. My only negative observation, theres a gentleman working there with obvious back pain, he was the only one there. Having had back issues myself, i know what this is like, makes me concerned that they may not treat employees the best. But as i said, the food is good and fresh ingredients.

The staff was quick and patient. The customers ahead of us acted like they don't get out much and wanted everyone to know they were there; asking for their toppings to be placed on the sandwich a certain way, fewer olives, more tomatoes, etc. Even though some of the things the customers were asking for were ridiculous, the employees were courteous and pleasant. Our sandwiches were excellent and the bread was fresh.

Subpar Subway from my experience so far. I have been twice. The first time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it reeked of tuna fish. Very off putting. I assume the handler did not change gloves. The second time I ordered pickup online for me and my girlfriend. She picked up the order not knowing what I had ordered for myself. They left off the drink and chips. Plus neither my steak or her chicken sub were toasted as we requested. These particular subs do not taste well with cold meat and unmelted cheese.
