Several visits here: drive thru moves at a steady pace. Staff is friendly. It's nice to see the $5 Your Way Meal addition! I tried it recently, it was pretty good. It comes with a Whopper Jr double (option: add cheese) , small fries & drink, and 4 chicken nuggets for $5.40. Some of my favs here are the Whopper, Double Whopper, Crispy Chicken sandwich, Bacon King, and the rodeo burger.

Friendly atmosphere however they sometimes won't get the order right but do apologize and correct it with a smile. But the Onion rings are soggy or undercooked lately.

Very bad customer service with Maryam and the manager (who Maryam said her name was Denise but not so sure). I heard them talking about me and Maryam told her I could hear her. The manager, "Denise", said "I don't care." I don't know if her name is actually Denise but she is a short African American lady. I WILL be contacting corporate and WILL be filling out the survey.

Drive thru line was long during my visit but it moved along relatively fast considering. Associates were friendly with the contactless dervice due to Covid-19. They prepare my order to my specifications. The food was as an acceptable temperature, that's important to me because most of the time it's not hot enough. Overall this was a good experience.

So you know most fast food places the manager is hiding and the high schoolers have reign. This location is a little different. They make it rain! For the customer's. Expediters are actually running the food out to the people waiting at drive-thru.
I'm dining inside and just marveling at this machine run, apparently synthetic oil is used by the ever present management staff. I took advantage of the two whopper deal. I sorta accidently inhaled both burgers; yeah they were ultra fresh.
