I visited this location two three times per week and ordered same every time. plain whopper + large fries + water.
I noticed the prices were not same all the time.
I have been wondering why prices are not same for few months.
Thankfully last time one employee explained to me so I checked today my receipt they charge me heavy cheese 60c that I did not asked for and my burger was not have any extra cheese.
Is that a manual for this place if someone order plain then adding cheese to charge more?

Hubby and I ordered two burgers with no onion.Thats It! Nothing else! No fries, no drinks. It took 10 minutes to get to the pick up window...that's fine.
We pull up to the window and two employees are literally screaming and yelling at each other. The man was cussing at the woman, whom I surmised to be his manager, like we weren't even there. What if we had small children with us who'd heard all that? Thankfully we didn't!
To top that off our burgers had onions! So rude! I guess customer service is apparently not a thing at this place. I won't be going back.

I loved burger king. But the other day I ordered through pustmates. You’d think that they’d do an online order fresh. Needless to say none of the food was edible. I spent 45 bucks and only got a partial refund. I will not be eating burger king. Ever again

My first impressions of this location were not good.
First, the floor was sticky.
No employee was around even after I waited a full minute. I whistled and no one showed up. Another minute later I tapped my empty canned drink on the counter. Few seconds later someone showed up from the lobby side. They had been on their phone. Turns out, this was the manager on duty. Wow.
I order and they didn't charge me for the cookies, but I did get them.
Cookies were freezerburned. I only had 1 small bite and threw them out.
The oil was fresh.
My burrito's internals were hot and tortilla cold. Missing bacon! -confirmed it is supposed to be double bacon on the "eggnormous". Didnt realize it until after I threw away the tray because of everything else that needed help with this place.
Salsa packets strongly sour and maybe rotten and spoiled the burrito.
I ended up only eating half because I needed to, not out of any actual desire for the food.
The dining tables and chairs all had crumbs and the floors remained sticky.
Before leaving I visited the restroom and almost gagged with the stench of mold or mildew. It appeared clean but I couldn't stay to look. I have asthma and could feel my throat swell with the revulsion. Rescue inhaler used.
Would not recommend unless you want a super sweet iced coffee through drive through.

I went drive thru today and used a coupon without any issues. The food, including the 2 small fries, were still hot when I returned home. I was treated kindly and it too very little time to get my order after a short wait in line. Be kind and patient, folks. Tip if you have extra. These folks are doing their best.

We placed an online order for the 2 meals for $9.99. I order 1 whopper with cheese no tomato and 1 whopper with cheese no onion. When we received our food they mistakenly gave us 2 whoppers with cheese but they both had no tomato.

This morning you tried to seriously burn my mouth! I realize you need to warm things up in a microwave, you are fast food I don't expect freshly cooked, but I also don't expect my breakfast burrito to be so over microwaved that my first bite the tortilla sticks to the top of my mouth because it has been so over microwaved it's like napalm. Then the longer I waited, the cooler it got, the tortilla became like rubber and was hard to chew. These are simply signs of too much microwaving. Please pay attention so your customers aren't actually injured eating their food....... They don't pay attention to their reviews. I gave it another chance and it was the same issue. I'm done!
