Nice to be able to go inside and eat. Definitely say they keep the place well cool bc that's the only way you can stay sanitary. Definitely satisfied with my meal. Just hard to believe 5 Krystal meal with chili cheese fries was 9 dollars and change. Was tasty treat.

Just came through the drive thru & waited almost 10 minutes for 2 biscuits that was burnt on top & bottom.& was way to hard to eat.I would have went back to Krystals to have my 2 biscuits replaced but didn't have time was heading out of town. whoever sent those biscuits out should have known better & could see they were to burnt to send out to a customer
i work in the restaurant business & I would never send food out to a custom that was burnt or didn't look good. this isn't the 1st bad experience I've had eating at this restaurant.dont think I will be spending my hard earned money there anymore..need to better train the cooks & workers to know if it's something they wouldn't eat.why would it be ok for a customer eat it !!!

Needs to be closed down. Rude staff.&&& Closed down the grill and fryer 45 minutes before the restaurant actually closed. Last few times I've actually gotten to order here the food was cold. Always have to nuke it in the microwave.

If you have ever eaten White Castle and I mean from the restaurant chain and not from frozen, Krystal has a lot of work to do. White Castle is the king of fast food sliders I only wish we could get a chain in the south but I'll make due with the frozen one's cause they are better than Krystal's sliders.

Rude employee at 11:40pm 4-11-22 was extremely rude and unprofessional and claimed to serve food that was over an hour old. I will be calling corporate and I hope she loses her pathetic excuse for a job

Microphone is so bad I had to order at the window. Circled the building and have been waiting 25mins for them to service 3 cars. They didn't bring my food out to the car. One old guy left because it has been taking so long.
