Update in pictures below: We found cardboard in our queso
I normally don’t post reviews, but we’ve been super patient and understanding with this restaurant. We used to eat here a couple to several times a month, but stopped due to almost every order we get to go is incorrect. We understand that mistakes can happen as to why we have been trying to be patient, but after this many times and reading the reviews you would think management would make drastic changes to give their customers a better experience.
Our door dash order today came in and half of our order was missing. The bag was also sealed completely so we know our driver didn’t take anything. The driver also kindly waited at the door till we came to grab it.
We called this location and the employee who answered the phone at first didn’t really sound concerned or apologetic unfortunately and immediately blamed door dash.. I had to tell her that the bag was completely sealed.
I had to call back a 2nd time to push more in order to get more of an explanation.
She confirmed that the order was left out of the bag and we could come get our order or they will credit for only partial of the next order we placed. We were very busy today and that is why we had placed a door dash order but she still only gave us an option to take time out of our night to drive across town to get the missing order they forgot, or we can get a credit for our next order.
We finished up the phone call with us having to drive to get out order *please keep in mind we paid for door dash because we didn’t have time to go get it* and the restaurant giving us 15% off our next order.
As much as a discount is nice, this is a handful a times where we miss out on a meal and get a discount in replacement of their mishaps. Discounts can’t always resolve the issues.
We are hoping this review can help, and the way they respond to their Google reviews does not give the customer service experience everyone is looking for., We would like BWW overall to make changes in order for everyone to have a more positive experience.

I had started with at least two stars but as I've been waiting my drink has been empty for several minutes and I finally asked another waitress for some more. The meal was an ultimate nachos with brisket. The brisket looked to me to be about an ounce to an ounce and a half but the waiter said the store was under new ownership and that there was supposed to be at least 3 ounces, the cheese saucewas also very elusive. They did comp half my nachos but I don't think I'll be back after this time.

I've been here a few times now and I always have had a great experience. Whenever I've dined in, the servers have always been exceptionally friendly and attentive with everything. On the one time I ordered food, they forgot a box of chicken but we called and informed them of this and they let us go pick it up so it was an easy fix.
The food always comes out relatively quick and tasting absolutely delicious. My personal favourite is the honey BBQ boneless chicken 🤤

My son and I ordered from BWW tonight and apparently this is what a $16 salad looks like? There is barely anything on the salad and only 1 piece of chicken, I highly recommend people Not go here if they want quality food, this is ridiculous.

First time I've ever been here. It was date night with my husband 💕. It was busy so we ended up sitting at the bar. The man who served us was super great. The covered fries, and brisket sandwich were DELICIOUS! I wasn't a huge fan of the Caribbean jerk wings( my husband loved them) however the garlic parmesan wings were pretty good(a bit too salty but good). I would %100 recommend but make sure to get a reservation.

Staff was super helpful especially after gift card was not working for online ordering. Salad tasted great, price for the size just to high.But see for yourself $13-14 see pic nr 1 is to much for salad &1 piece a chicken.

Left Foghorns after killing a live roach crawling in my food but still wanted wings and drinks so I went here and was not disappointed. We decided to sit at the bar and the bartender was great. Our food was great and so was the drinks will definitely be coming back next time I'm in this town.

1.Tried calling 3 times to place an order, no answer.
2. Placed order online and said it would be done in 20 minutes. Arrived and waited 5 minutes to even get asked what name on order. Order was not done until another 10 minutes. This was a total of 35-40 minutes from online order placement.
3. Pick up order personal did not even make eye contact when speaking, they looked like they hated life.
4. Finally, after bringing our order, did not even mention a simple “hey, sorry for the wait”.
5. Manager, with hair looking like scooby, was wondering aimlessly, not doing a thing to help out or address delays.
