The worst place I have ever been. I ordered a pickup order and when I was there, a lady was very rude and said they didn’t have my order and let me go. This lady had attitude problem and did not provide any explanation. On the other hand, Domino’s experience is way better, people there are more friendly l.

We did not receive our 2 liter with delivery. Driver said he would bring it back after a lengthy wait we called the store to ask for status or refund and got blown off on phone and told that it was a Uber eats issue to take it up with them. We ordered through the papa John's app not Uber eats and if they outsourced to a Uber eats driver it's still up to papa John's to refund our order not Uber eats, I didn't make a transaction with Uber eats papa John's did so. EDIT: the driver just returned with the drink and confirmed that he is a papa John's driver not Uber so in store customer service is full of it. I changed rating from 1 star to 2 because the driver was pleasant.

Began ordering Papa John's, because Dominoes kept screwing up. An hour after I ordered with the app, I received an email saying my order was canceled. The mobile chat dosen't work and nobody will answer at the store. I wouldn't waist your time with that app. Last time I had an issue, it took forever to be refunded.

Best pizza place in town and surprisingly efficient for a little local hidden gem. Might consider seeing if they would cater my bachelor party !

Three months ago I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got home the order was wrong and I called the location telling them about THEIR ERROR! I was told by the manager on duty that night that they would replace the order. Tonight I was going to redeem my replacement that the manager had told me to call in for next time I ordered and was told that because it had been THREE months it was no longer valid. Apparently Papa John's puts a time limit on when you should redeem food THEY MESSED UP! So they wouldn't give me my replacement order. WHEN A COMPANY MAKES AN ERROR THAT DOESN'T GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DICTATE WHEN THE CONSUMER ORDERS THEIR REPLACEMENT! LIFE HAPPENS PEOPLE GET BUSY AND SOMETIMES IT TAKES THREE MONTHS TO MAKE IT BACK IN. NOW I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING BACK. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICE!

I picked up a delivery here. Timing was perfect and was ready when I got there. Staff was very freindly and wven helped me bring out some of it as it was pretty big.

Driver left at 8:35 arrived 1 hour later. The diver stated he had flat tire and had to change it. Yet I received no txt or alert or phone call. Lame customer service. I called the store gentleman put my name for redo? I really don’t want PJ’s I just want my $35 back!
