Mcdonald's

If you're ever hungry at night, I would advise you not to go to this McDonald's. This is the food that was given to my family and I at 11pm on 11 20, 2021. When we asked for fresh fries, this is what was given to us. When we told the manager they were not fresh, she acted as if she had an attitude and didn't want to make any. Then when she brought out the fries in the pic she told us the fries looked like that because the grease was dark. Also you can see how dry the burgers are.

I picked up from this location 01/14/22 at around 5:45pm and I'm beyond upset.My child was eating her burger when we noticed halfway through it was raw!!I tore my quarter pounder apart and it was also undercooked.I purchased 3 of them and they were all raw halfway through!!This is disgusting and unacceptable.Have been trying to contact a manager but no one ever answers the phone!!I refuse to waste my gas when I have already wasted money on undercooked meat.

I never have a problem when I come to this McDonald's. But this morning, the lady who was taking my order was so rude and acted like she could care less about her job or any of the customers. When I reached the front to receive my food, there was another lady there. She did not say anything to me, just gave me a dirty look and went about her business being rude to other customers. The only person that made this experience better was the young man that took my payment for my food, he was respectful and kind he deserves some gratitude. Those ladies could learn a thing or two from him on how to be respectful to people.

Just left there not even 5 minutes ago and my food is horrible. My fiance ordered a fish sandwich meal and I got the 2 cheeseburger meal along with 2 apple pies. You can tell the food is sitting under a heat lamp. The fries was not hot and we all know that's the best way to eat them [in my opinion]. The fish was not hot. The apple pie was hot, but was dried out from sitting. The best thing about my meal was the drinks and the customer service.

I was in town visiting and stopped here. There was only 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled in but I waited almost 20 mins before getting to order. Too bad I couldn’t get out of the line because I would have. I ordered sweet tea and they were out. I got a soda instead. Workers were busy talking amongst theirselves and not really greeting customers. Look for another location if you want McDonald’s

Visited this location for breakfast while traveling through the area. We went through the drive thru to place our order. They got our drink size wrong but fixed it when asked. Then after we drove away I realized they hadn't added cheese to my sandwich as requested. The mcgriddle parts of the sandwich were hard as a rock and hardly edible. Disappointed to say the least! You kinda expect all McDonald's to be the same no matter where you're traveling.
