Jersey Mike's Subs

Today the Yadkin rd Jersey Mike's was amazing! And I mean 'oh yeaaaah' amazing. I had to tip because i was just so amazed.. even had to sneak a picture of the sandwich artist crafting such art. I'm sure my level of hunger, from the intermittent fasting, had a small role in my delight, but this experience could not deny a 5 star review!

We visited the Raeford rd location in Fayetteville NC today on October the 6th. A giant number #7, giant #8, and regular #8 with mikes way, wheat bread and mayonnaise is what we ordered but that is not what we received. The total cost was 41.53 for the order. After arriving home from driving 25 minutes we found the subs only had meat, cheese and mayonnaise. We immediately called the store and spoke to the manager. The assistant manager said that was a personnel problem due to the staff being new. She then told us we had to drive back with all the sandwiches and she would give a percentage back on the total price of the order. She was rude and uncaring and not very concerned with the issue. We spend alot of money with Jersey Mike’s between all of us and never thought we would have to deal with this issues. The managers attitude made me feel bad and she truly showed she did not care. Her tone, voice, leadership and manner showed through the conversation. All I want is a full refund in cash like I paid and for the store to take responsibility for the issue that they created. I am not understanding how the manager on duty was at the sandwich station reviewed the order that was placed and did not correct her employees. Not she wants to penalize us for their mistakes.

At about 7pm I decided I wanted to eat Jersey Mike's. I didn't feel like waiting in line so I downloaded the app place my mobile order & paid; and managed to get double points, enough for a free regular sub; to easy! I live less than 10 minutes away, enough time to best 8pm closing. Arrived at JM's sandwich was ready and waiting. Returned home and demolished a (#7 Turkey and Provolone Mike's way with pickles & bacon Rosemary Parmesan) freshly prepared & delicious sandwich. I expected nothing less, very satisfied!

Renovation is nice at this yadkin rd location, however when I placed an order, I asked for my subs to be cut in half instead of four….when I got their one sub was a half and the other was a giant. When. I clearly stated I ordered 2 giants but wanted them in half they didn’t attempt to empathize or apologize. They just read the order over as if that would do anything. Clean place but implement better resolutions when you all get orders wrong!!!
