East Side Grill

My wife and I ate at the bar Saturday night for the first time. We have driven by this gem for the past 12 years and FINALLY decided to go there. Wow, amazing! The bartenders were super busy but still attentive, our glass never stayed empty. The food was awesome! We recommend and will become regulars.

We enjoy the food here as it has always been delicious. I would say be patient as the staff was busy in the dining room, probably short staffed. The host was having to bus tables. There were three bartenders when we went up to pass the time before our table was ready. The bar was only half full but it took a good 5 minutes for one bartender to address us. Two of the three made eye contact but didn't address us at all as the mildly strolled around behind the bar. We made sure not to eat at the bar due to the first 5 minutes if treatment. I wouldn't reccomend the bar at all due to it. This was our second time and same treatment from the bar each time. We've tried twice so not sure we will go round three.

The food is ABSOLUTELY fantastic, but I am consistently disappointed by the service. We just got back from dinner there, and from sitting down at the table to paying the bill, we were there for three hours. We waited an hour for our food, and then another hour for the bill. Even the food is great, I just can't justify eating there again.
