Ordered from Papa Johns on Yadkin. Garlic knots under cooked and garlic sauce seeping through all 3 boxes. Pizza crust under cooked. Asked to be contacted about order and never heard back to resolve issue.

I ordered a pizza last week and legit got food poisoning!! Was in bed throwing up sick as a dog for 3 days !!! I used to lovee papa johns but I couldn’t believe that!! Soo disappointed in them !! 😢🥺🤢🤮

Placed an order on mar 28, 2022 around 11:15 pm..... order was supposed to arrive in 35-45 minutes..... Called to verify order and was told that the order had left 10 minutes prior to my call..... Relayed to person on the phone that I did not want to pay for a cold pizza but would still pay for my order if my order was still hot..... In essence, the driver never brought out my order..... Person on the phone was a little on the rude side when I was talking to her on the phone but somehow my phone said that my order was delivered..... very unprofessional..... This is the only Papa John's that I have ever have problems with and also the on that I have issues with on this side of town where I have to use the Yadkin road one..... I hope they can get it together soon because I really do love Papa John's Pizza.... Constantly disappointed in this particular one.....

I came here 8 months pregnant and encountered the kindest employees and management. The cashier Jasmine and the manager Nate were both super helpful and sweet. The cook Jaelyn was fast and the area looks clean and organized. Super grateful to them after the day I have had today.

I saw the commercial about the New York style pizza. Got excited about tasting a little NY style pizza and when it got here, I was so disappointed! Taste like the same pizza from papa John! Don’t normally buy pizza from them and won’t again

Today I ordered food plus wanted to redeem my 8 Buffalo wings that I was suppose to receive for free since they didn’t give me my 8 Buffalo wings that I ordered for the previous night. The guy on the phone had taken my order and I could hear him ask the manager what was the code for me to receive my wings for free and she told him to ring it in separately but to still put in my order and my food would be delivered separately which was weird. About an hour later my food that I had to pay for arrived but there were no wings. I didn’t make a fuss. Here it is 4 hours later and I still have not received my wings ONCE AGAIN! So basically this store has gotten free money from me. You all urge us to tip delivery drivers but I can’t even get my correct food that I am paying my money for smh I will not order from this place again
