Arby's

Food is great because it is Arby's. But this place always messes my order up. I get most of it. I am going to start placing "2" orders just so I can be sure I get everything I pay for. I guess it is also on me for not checking my bag before leaving though so I can't be too mad at them. But dang man. I really want to get everything I pay for, especially more than half of a container of a large fry. That would be great! I will go the extra distance and drive to another one for now on. Unfortunate (for me) because I do like me some curly fries in honey mustard.

I ordered a 6pc boneless wing and mozzarella cheese stick. Due to the mozzarella sticks needing to be cooked, I was told to pull forward (which was no problem). I ended up waiting outside in my vehicle for 20 minutes and watched as the vehicles behind me got their food and drove off. Growing suspicious, I went inside and the staff had to ask me what I ordered and resubmitted my order to be cooked. I was then informed at I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the fries to be cooked now. I understand establishments being short staff, but to wait 35-40 minutes for my food to be cooked is overkill.

The customer service at this location sucked! An employee threatened to "lose it" on me (of course she did not know that I could hear her) because allegedly she could not hear me over the drive through speaker... the manager attempted to excuse it away with a lie! Both manager and employee were less than professional. The food was really good, (Try the burger) but the customer service left a lot to be desired!

The cashier who waited on me and my family was extremely rude had an attitude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Not only me but other costumes where complaining bout her and how she was acting but the manager who was in duty have everybody the impression that she didn't even care what ppl were saying even told one man he needed to leave when he said to the manager how badly the cashier was. Either way I don't think I'll be going back to this location anymore simply how you get done here.

I waited in line patiently three cars were ahead of me for about 10mins, when I finally got to the menu, the lady told me please hold, which I did for at least 5mins; still waiting I decided to go to the Arby's on Ramsey St. which was way faster only had to wait 2mins. I'm not sure what's up with the staff here on Skibo Rd but having to wait almost 20mins all together to not even place an order is unacceptable.
