Hardee's

I ate the breakfast here. The store seemed clean. The guy who took my order was really nice. I had the Hardee's breakfast plate. The sausage was too salty for me, but the biscuit was yummy (thanks biscuit lady) and the gravy was shockingly good as well. I wouldn't eat this all the time. Overall it was good. Looking at all the reviews from here, I guess I got the good shift- day shift service was awesome.

We just left and I’m so disappointed. Not only was the lady who took our order super rude but our food was AWFUL. My sons chicken tenders were so hard they were inedible. My garlic fries were drenched I mean like covered in garlic. Not like a normal amount. So much the bottom of the box was straight liquid. My garlic burger was awful. The burger was even burnt. You could tell on the sides. My husbands chicken sandwich was the only edible item and my son and husbands fries were also edible. The lady at the front was so rude I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for the items to be fixed. She even took her time coming to the front when she saw me standing there. Then didn’t even ask me what I needed. I was asking for a bbq sauce for my sons chicken tenders and she finally gave it to me when I finally just asked. But she didn’t even have the decency to ask what I needed. Worst experience I’ve had with a fast food joint in Fayetteville and makes me never want to come back. She also seemed super courteous to other customers so not sure why it seemed like she had an issue with us.

The guy with dreads did not have a hat or hair net on and when he bent to pick something up they were all over the row of cups lined up. The fries were not fresh neither were the onion rings. The sandwiches we ordered were ok except mine. Family got burgers and I had ham and cheese and the ham tasted well past its best by date. Compared to the other hardees in town this one was beyond clean but the food was nasty.

I've had three meals here and each one was terrible.. The fries and drinks didn't seem bad but the burgers were disgustingly soggy and smelled like gravy/grease mix. The napkins included in the to-go bags were drenched in grease so they became unusable. I gave this restaurant several chances but i'm done. I will not be eating here again.

Thanks to this store I have a nice bill from cape fear hospital! I specifically asked for no onion no pickles and it’s clear on my receipt and this first sandwich just fine ! A little cold ! But the second sandwich I get a nice mouth full of pickles and then 10 minutes later my face is swell and my hands look like baseball gloves !! Thank you Hardee’s ! It was hard to breath and I had to make a nice drive to cape fear ! That’s uncomfortable! Try driving a car with a baseball glove on your hand !

Only rated 5 stars so it would show up. This place has gone down hill since the ONLY white face in the entire place left. You guys need Julia back. She was so sweet. Everyone at this location is so rude now. I am a frequent visitor of this Hardees, I see a lot of employees come and go. You guys have yet to find a replacement for Julia. JUST GET HER BACK!!! Make Hardees a happy place again. That London lady needs to be fired. she is the most disrespectful one of all.

I literally cant believe the service I just got here. 3-9-2017 at 11:21 am whoever is working the drive through is absolutely terrible. She was rude, took our order incorrectly and when we explained the order was incorrect she literally rolled her eyes and sighed like we were ruining her day by asking her to do her job. Im literally appalled at the terrible level of customer service. The woman was a young african american with a sticker name tag. Do not spend your money and support this type of behavior.
