Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Stopped in after Starbucks line was wrapped around the building and in the road. We wanted something cool to drink on a hot July day. We decided on a Watermelon mojito. It was very refreshing. The service in the store was very awkward. It was not very welcoming. All of the employees had earphones in their ears. I had to repeat myself several times. The good review is mainly for the drink and not the service. Although after we ordered the smoothie it was very quick. I would reorder the Watermelon mojito.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever ! I just left Tropical smoothie, & it was 3 workers there and no one greeted me nor bothered to take my order. I stood at the register waiting to order looking at them for 3 minutes while they were pretending to clean. Then when the guy asked me for my order he had an attitude. I don’t understand why these workers don’t want to work ! I also came to the same Tropical smoothie place Saturday & another guy forgot my sweet potatoes and then when I asked for them he just threw them in my bag and walked away. never coming back ! this is ridiculous I rather travel to another Tropical Smoothie further away from my house than to come back here. This place is so depressing. I hope you guys can find better workers that actually love what they do or at least can pretend they do !

Smoothies are great, customer service not so much. I walked in today and there were no customers in the store. There was a female employee behind the counter and a male employee sitting on a stool next to the register. No one greeted me and the male employee got up from the stool and mumbled something to me that I presume was something along the lines of “Are you ready to order?” He then got behind the counter, took my order, mumbled some other things to me that I’m still unsure of, and that was that. This is not the first time I’ve received a total lack of customer service at this location. I get it, maybe working at a smoothie place in Fayetteville isn't most people’s dream career, but don’t make customers suffer because of your poor attitude and lack of any enthusiasm.
