Mcdonald's

I did a french fry experiment last night I ordered a large fry at Burger King and a large fry at McDonald's. Of course McDonald's blew them out of the water. Burger King large fry looks like a kid's Adventure meal LMAO. McDonald's even though your food isn't healthy is freaking delicious 4A once in awhile cheat day especially your fries !!

When I order for my fries to be fresh out the fryer. That means I want fresh hot fries not fries that are room temp. And when I got home to eat my quarter pounder with cheese, no onions no pickles add lettuce, tomatoes mayo,.. I found out that my sandwich wasn't made right either. In fact they took an old one and took the onions and pickles off of it added mayo, tomatoes and lettuce to it. The issue is I could still taste the onion and pickle that used to be on the 🍔 ..DO BETTER

Friendly staff but everyone’s not on the same page which slows their service way down and it’s a inconvenience to the customers when they have long wait with only one drive lane open and you go inside managers sitting down in back office with a long drive thru and lobby management needs to do better and get everyone on one accord and set better examples

I understand that this McDonald's is going through some internal changes where they need help they are hiring but if you open your doors and start serving people make sure that you follow through I received my receipt at 7:17 p.m. I did not get all of my food until 7:31 window apart the fries were cold so I had to send them back the wait was for a McFlurry and was told 5 minutes into the wait that they were putting more ice cream in the machine put me in the holding window offer me a beverage or some hot fries while I wait don't just have me waiting because you're asking for complaint
