Asked for no onions simple request you would think but since they had this old burger seating there and thought I wouldn’t notice I guess. Bad part they took the order right just didn’t make it right had to wait 10 minutes for old food not even hot

Ordered a big breakfast and only received half of the eggs. Very disappointed I like the eggs. Also did not get my hash brown and only got 1 pack of syrup for my pancakes. Very disappointed I will not go to this McDonald's ever again.

Ordered a large fry with barely anyone in line. Didn’t think to check my bag because it’s just fries right? First and last time I’ll make that mistake this was how many fries were in the box and as you can see there are no fries in the bag. Also ordered bbq and ranch and was given bbq and Mayo packets.

Was not happy. They got 2 stars because my order was technically correct on paper. I ask for a 10 PC nugget at the speaker and the manager removed it from my order on a technicality. I asked her to fix it and she refused even though I would pay for it at the window.

I placed an order for an iced coffee and a chicken biscuit online. When I arrived at the window, I was told to move forward because they had run out of chicken biscuits. I parked in the designated area. After 20 minutes, I still hadn't gotten food, and the drive-through line had 10 cars pass where I would have been. NOT ONLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE DRIVE THRU!!!! This McDonald's has always been disappointing. Please, new management.

As many times I have been to this establishment in the past, I have NEVERRR encountered such horrible management and staff. Absolutely rude night manager, rolling her eyes while she speaks to you as if you're a bother. They are definitely not equipped to handle any pick up orders as unorganized as they are. I'm happy I don't eat that food anymore and I definitely would never pick up another order there on the night shift again. Not worth the aggravation and wait...B'Cuz THE WAIT IS RIDICULOUS FOR NO REASON!!!

Ordered a iced coffee and a chicken Biscuit through mobile app came parked in spot# and told them I was here on app. 20 minutes latter still hadn't got food and drive through line had 10 cars passed where I would have been. PAY ATTENTION TO NOT ONLY THE DEIVE THRU!!!! This McDonald's has always been bad everytime I come new management please
