Ichiban Express

Ordered a hibachi chicken and steak, got teriyaki chicken and steak. That was wrong. Ordered a hibachi chicken bowl and they got that right. Also ordered a hichachi chicken entrée with all the veggies and got ZERO vegetables. I called when we saw the order was wrong and the manager literally said “there’s vegetables there, maybe not as much as you like, but they are there” attached you will see the picture. There were NONE, ZERO. Then she proceeded to tell me she needed to see it, so basically you don’t believe me? I was over talking to her and the nonsense. Not going back. Not worth it. Flavor is okay, nothing mind blowing. She told me to go back and they could see it and replace it. I’m not doing it. Not worth it.

Such a great experience. The owner was very kind and both the owner and cashier were very patient as it was my first time visiting. They were able to answer all my questions, they gave me exactly what I wanted, they were extremely helpful. The restaurant had a great kitchen staff and both my sushi and my entree looked so delicious and beautiful. The entire environment was a very calming and peaceful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed and will be returning. I highly recommend this place. You get exactly what you pay for and I was surprised how inexpensive it was for the portions were generous. Ordered on door dash. Food arrived fairly quickly and correct. However, the "bowls" came in a aluminum foil type bowl, which is not strange, but what was strange was the overwhelming metalic taste in all the dishes ordered. I am not sure what could cause that, but it was such a bad experience that i will not try this place again.

Ordered Hibachi salmon for takeout last night. Couldn’t place the order initially bc they were declining their calls bc “it was busy”…. after placing my order was told it would take 25 minutes it actually took an hour. One of the cooks was eating while he was cooking the food with no gloves no mask on….And I also found hair stuck to the bottom of the salmon after eating half of it. But the lady that took my order was nice so I added a star for her….

Can't see why people have 1 stars on here. Wasn't busy but the food came out super quick which surprised me Food was great. Great portions. Had the hibachi steak and shrimp. Steak was nice and tender and the shrimp wasn't crunchy nicely cooked vegetables was good. Also had the dragon roll sushi good portion for the price. Great taste and display. For a whole in the wall type place definitely a 10 out of 10. Express in the name express it was loved it

From what I could see today, I saw two gentlemen cooking my hibachi and it was really well made. The price can be on the more expensive side if you have not been to other hibachi places but the portion and the food was amazing. It is a small place to give you comfy vibes to chill and eat and I would recommend this place to anyone.
