Hardee's

I stopped by this place of business 6/27 at about 3pm-ish. The cashier was very nice and had excellent customer service. I like the idea of getting your number, finding a table enjoy your beverage and they bring the food to you. For a fast food joint, not too shabby. I wish I could recall the name of the cashier, young kid. Good job everyone!!

Have been eating at Hardee’s for over 50 years and today had the worst service and food. Was the only car in the drive thru. Ordered the new double sliders. They were on sale between 2p and 5p. 9 minutes later I was pulling out of the drive thru with 2 sliders. Upon opening the bag the patties were burnt and dry. Burger was only like warm. Good thing they got the large Coke right

First in line of two deep, it took at least a minute to be recognized as a customer by the friendlier of the cashiers. What I realized was a manager later, was just disaffectedly staring at her staff from the front of the counter with no coaching. After ordering, I notified them of the gasping ketchup dispenser which saw no attention during my entire visit. Once I received my food, I found a hair in my fries. By that time I was too disenchanted by the service to consider complaining. When I left, I showed them the hair, and they acknowledged.

The people here are lit af. That crisco breakfast sandwich is on point too. Even though it costs me a paycheck to get breakfast here, their biscuits are pretty good. Service might be slow depending on how many cars are in the drive through, I have social anxiety so being asked “can you speak up please” at the drive through made me pee myself a little.

I chose this Hardees because it haf yhe highest rating. Unfortunately, Service was not friendly. I ordered fries with my meal, just to go down the street to find out I was not given ketchup. I had to go back and get ketchup. I asked why ketchup was not included and she shut the window and walked away. I suggest the restaurant should hire better customer service workers. The food tasted good, though. I ordered the beer burger combo (large).
