Subway

Today I went and ordered three footlongs for me and kids. The gentleman was nice who was making them, but he left my sandwiches uncovered when he went to take bread out of the oven. A fly landed on my sandwich. There was a line and I didn't want to cause a scene, so I allowed him to complete the order, and went to my car to give my kids the untouched sandwiches. I returned and asked the manager to remake the fly bitten sandwich. She told me that I paid for it without making a complaint before so she would make another for full price. So being courteous to save her customers costs me to be out of $9 and to be hungry before a funeral. I won't return, but for others make sure you announce the problems before you pay. No matter whose there.

I suggest corporate takes a closer look at any operations managed by Sandra Perez at this location. She refuses to pay her workers for time they worked and makes up false allegations in order to cover up her mishandling of business operations. Withholding pay for hours worked for any reason is illegal.
