Around 9:30pm I asked for two Mexican pizzas but one with chicken and without beans... And I told them I'm highly allergic to beef and they still put beef on my hard tacos. And then I did the survey and this young female with blue finger tips nails on.. without any gloves on to handle food... she asked what kind of free treat for doing the survey I said Baja freeze she tried to give me a run down drink ... I asked her for a new drink she gave me a nasty attitude. As soon as I got home to eat my food I seen this writing inside of my box ... This is unsanitary I thought the writing supposed to be on top of the box not inside...

Went here for a regular taco meal, 5 layer burrito, and chips & cheese. Was very good especially for a sunday night at 9PM. Everything was fresh the way it was meant to be.

Stopped to get a taco. Inside not opened. Waited at drive thru 20 minutes. After I finally placed my order she says exact change or card. They didn't say that until I finally placed my order. Had to dig around in my car to find change. After finally getting food. average

There was a long line in the drive thru that took a little bit to get through but it won't to to bad. Thankfully they got all our food right cause we didn't even check bag before we left and 4 people after on $12. Got 2 of those $2 chicken ranch burritos, 2 soft tacos, and 2 nacho fries. Burrito was really good and big, very filling especially for $2.

The store on Owen drive is the absolute incompetently staffed of any other establishment I patron. The last three times I have been to that store, and all three times my order was short at least one item. I always ask that they recheck the order before giving to me. Every time I have been assured they did. Not only are the incompetent, the blatantly lie. The customer should not have to check the order before leaving after the customer has been assured the employee has already done so. Absolutely ridiculous. Since this has happened to me the last three times I have visited, I am 100 percent confident this is not by accident but the normal course of doing business.

The food was, as always, very good; standard Taco Bell fare. The service was, as always, so so with the extra added "perk" of having more than the typical level of frustration. Not sure if the person doing the drive thru orders was new/training or if the system was showing it's age (maybe a mixture of the two?) but I literally had to open my car door and lean so closely into the order box that had I leaned any closer my ear would've been on the box itself (which gross, no lol) in order to hear clearly enough. And good thing that I did seeing as when they read my order back to me they had it wrong, twice. After they handed me my box and bags and told me have a nice night I had to remind them of the 2 hard shell chicken tacos and Mexican pizza that was kissing from my order. On the bright side at least they were friendly and apologetic.

I cam into the store to enjoy a lunch with my family. We decided to come in and sit down. I placed my order on the kiosk paid and everything. We sat down and I walked to counter to see if we could atleast get our cups. I asked one young lady for the cups she said ok and walked away. So the next person I seen I asked him he gave me the cups. Got our drinks and sat back down. We having been waiting for 25 mins to get our food I watched multiple cars go thro the drive through and get their food on the spot. Now that we have our food everything is cold. Nothing we got was even warm. I will not come back to this location we didn't even eat a quarter of the food. I paid almost 50$ for our order. I understand it is Easter and they probably would rather be home. But you don't have to so as slow as possible making food for people.

Customer service was bad, lady taking order acted like she didn’t want to be there. Was charged for making my meal supreme just for it to be notttt! Charged me for extras and I didn’t receive it. They had no large cups, and cashier at drivethru got an attitude because I asked for a cup carrier, which they ended up not having.
