Marco's Pizza

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tried calling 3 separate times. Waited 10 minutes each. Personnel would pick up the phone and just leave it beside the cradle. EXTREMELY disappointed. Just trying to get something to eat. Always have left good reviews. Definitely surprised.>>>>> Decided to try Marco's again. Nothing has changed. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!! I asked the server if I could sub salad mix for the ice burg in the Greek salad. She said "nope it would be to much of a pain in the butt". When I tried to pay for my order she gave me attitude and said I had to pay with cash. UNBELIEVABLE.

If I could leave no reviews I would. I tried calling to make this right but after speak with Shamaya she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. I order a Deluxe Uno and all the vegetables on the pizza as not cooked. She continue to tell me how the pizza was cooked correctly. The Deluxe Uno already comes with extra cheese unlike The Works. She stated that the pizza was sent through the oven twice however all the vegetables was raw and uncooked. Highly unhappy and will not be returning.

Update: Ordering from here for carry out has been fine. Food is ready when promised. Order is correct and fresh. Still have not tried delivery again and don’t plan to. Carry out is the way to go. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE for DELIVERY. Placed an order at 5:36pm was promised by 6:30pm. Called store at 6:45 for update, said order was going out the door and would arrive in 10 minutes. Order was delivered at 7:30, after we just cancelled it. This is unacceptable. Don’t promise times you can’t adhere to. Nearly two hours to have two pizzas delivered is ridiculous. Need better management system so you don’t take orders you can’t fulfill. Will be using your competitors.

Marcos is one of my favorite pizza restaurants. However over the last few months, I've notice a lack of attention to details. On one occasion our pizza had been cooked because it was mistaken for another order so we had to wait longer for it to be cooked. I didn't complain, mistakes happen. But at least the last 6 times we've ordered, my crust is never how I specified. I even call to make sure they have it correct on their end but to no avail. Just a bit disappointed.
