Applebee's

The food I found to be very good. The shrimp and mozzarella sticks were fabulously cooked, filling! My daughter’s smoothie was also tempting. Kendra did a great job at serving us. She has a wonderful personality! We initially each ordered a dish, and Kendra decided to combine our selections into an Applebee’s combo for $25, saving me money. lol. Great location! 😊 I shall return!

We arrived 15 minutes after they opened. I had four other family members with me and we were seated immediately. The host quickly let us know we could scan the bar code and offered no menus. Our server was kind and already overwhelmed. The restaurant is short staffed and it shows, horribly. The oreo shakes were made in a rush with reminece dripping down the sides. The bourbon street steak was burnt. The onions weren't peeled. While the staff scurried around to try their best to serve the host stood at the podium with his chin in his hand in disgust. It's the worst 87.49 I've spent in along time. This was our six year old twins first visit to Applebee's and it was not a pleasant one. The picture below is of The Bourbon Street Steak.

If there where five thumbs down that still wouldn’t Be enough. First of all the customer service is trash, we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table to get our drink order let alone our food order. We was with my kids so my kids were hungry and service was slow. So when we finally got a waitress we ordered drinks and food together feeling rushed. Appetizers came out first which was a joke I had to order another Spinach dip because the portion size was less than half way. When our main dishes finally came my husband was missing his french fries with his Fried shrimp. My chicken wings that I had was severely undercooked and my celery was spoiled slimy and brown. Also I had a broccoli floret and my blue cheese dip. Everything was disgusting!!!! Not only was my food disgusting It was not made for consumption it was a health hazard !

Gotta be honest. I am disappointed. I placed an order through Postmates for pickup, not delivery. And my daughter placed an order for pickup through the Applebee's website to use a gift card. Both orders were the same: Cheeseburger Meal for 4. Between our two orders we were spending about $60. We arrived to pick up our orders at the specified time. Even though my app said my order was ready, they were not. My wife and daughter waited inside for 30 more minutes before the order was ready. I told my wife to ask if they would comp us drinks (soda) because we had to wait. The server asked her manager and came back with "no" for an answer. When my wife and daughter got in the vehicle with our orders and told me Applebee's didn't provide us drinks to compensate for the wait, I called the manager immediately. Initially the manager was firm on not providing the drinks. She said she could have given to my wife and daughter while they waited, but not 8 to match the number of meals we purchased. I explained the drinks would only cost Applebee's a couple bucks, and that we waited for over 30 minutes. She didn't change her mind until I said I would call the owner. I also explained I am a Google Reviewer and my photos have over 8 million views. She then backtracked and told me they usually DO provide drinks when people wait but she was not given the info that we had been waiting 30 minutes. I told her we were still in the parking lot... so she did bring us drinks... To make it easy, I asked for them to be all Dr. Pepper. The burger was decent, I did enjoy it...the brioche bun with the seasoned burger is pretty good. But we were supposed to get an 2 orders of onion rings and 2 orders of fries. Instead we were given 3 orders of fries and 1 order of onion rings. And the Dr. Pepper was very watered down. I give the manager credit for coming around and understanding our frustration and providing a comp card to make up for the misunderstanding with the drinks. So we will give Applebee's another shot. But it should not be so hard to be a happy customer.

Horrible. NEVER get the order right! This is the THIRD TIME now that we’ve ordered the quesadilla burger WITH mexi ranch sauce, and this is what we got: a few packets of various condiments. My husband ordered beef nachos…he got a few chips. Never again and will be sure to tell other families here on Bragg to stay away too!
