Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I did an online pick up order only to find that this particular location was drive thru only. For me that totally defeated the purpose because I still had to wait in a very long line and as I expected, my food was very cold by the time I received it. In addition to that, I didn't get my sauce I had to pay extra for. Pretty upset about the overall experience as I was looking forward to having hot and fresh chicken. Instead I got cold chicken and below average service.

Needs to be condemned and shut down. The drive they window worker was outside smoking leaving someone waiting at the window for 10 minutes then when he was satisfied, he returned back to the window and handed them their food. I won’t be returning to this nasty location because he returned to the window too fast to have even washed his hands.

This particular location should be closed down! The outside of the building looks condemned. Have to be mindful of all the pot holes getting into the line and leaving the building. My food was fresh, but the customer service is terrible, actually it’s non existent. I love Popeyes, but I will never visit this location again, I will drive on post or wait in the long line at the Skibo location. I tried not to judge the place based on the way the outside looks, but the workers here are just rude.

This is THE WORST Popeyes in Fayetteville. Don't go here if you expect to receive your food in a short time because you WILL WAIT! Thry have totally incompetent people working here, moving very slow, and absolutely no customer service at all. They do not care if you are served or not. I watched a customer get cursed out by the employee because they employee got their order wrong then rolled their eyes at the customer. I personally go to the Skibo location instead of this one but I am a Dasher and do DoorDash deliveries and I always HATE when I have to go to this store for a pick-up. I spent 30 mins waiting for the order and could have picked up and delivered 2-3 orders by the time I finish the order for this store. It's awful! I had to tell the customer to cancel their order and I had to cancel my pick-up and didn't get paid because the employees had no intentions on fulfilling the order because I complained. They just decided not to fulfill the order and keep me waiting to punish me for being upset. It's absolutely the WORST!! I strongly requested for DoorDash to remove this merchant. They bring down DoorDash service. I can't understand HOW IN THE WORLD this location hasn't been shut down yet especially with so many one star ratings.... if I could give no stars I would.

This Popeyes by far is the worst I have ever been the employees are ratchet and I mean that word strongly I have come to this restaurant plenty if times trying to give the benefit of the DOUBT. Thinking it would have changes but nope I have called cooperate to complain spoke to someone about the employees and my food order being constantly wrong this was not chump change I was spending at this restaurant and my issue was still not resolved by these cooperate company no courtesy phone call back no reimbursement no nothing. Shame Shame Shame on you POPEYES COOPERATE. I will spend my money elsewhere to people that care about the customers. 👎👎

Food poisoning is a under statement. Ive never thrown up so much chicken and mashed potatoes in my life. Ate maybe half the chicken and just didnt seem right taste wise. 4 hours later turned into the worst 2 days of my life. This is the 3rd day and im still on the toilet. Thanks Popeyes you have taught me a great lesson. TO TAKE MY SELF TO CHICK FILA

DON’T EAT HERE!!! I got a chicken sandwich here on Saturday night and within an hour of eating the chicken sandwich I started to get violently Ill. For the past 2 days I haven’t been able to leave the bathroom and have Salmonella/food poisoning from their food. Save yourself, and your stomach a miserable weekend of pain and do NOT eat here.
