Pizza Hut

I haven't been back to this Pizza Hut since I was pregnant with my son almost two years ago. The service was terrible, and the manager was extremely unhelpful when I did not receive my entire order. I figured I would try again seeing as it's Mother's Day, and I didn't want to cook. Needless to say, my opinion has now been set in stone. My order was wrong again, and I was hung up on when I called to complain. When I called back, I was supposedly issued a refund, but we'll see if it actually shows up. (It did not last time.) I'm very disappointed with the customer service overall. Next time, I'll just stick to my guns instead.

We always grab a pizza here once a year on our way home from vacation. This year it fell on New Years Eve. It was SLAMMED. I arrived early for my food (just because I like to pick it up as fresh as possible) and everyone was working very hard. I waited longer than I usually do here, but it was so busy. I waited a very reasonable amount of time. Extra shoutout to the man pulling orders out of the oven and the women in the back making the pizzas. Manager was very nice.

Poor Management. Talking down on people and saying things that shouldn’t be said. Gives favoritism to employees and more.the food is to greasy to undercooked and sometimes to overcooked. This Pizza Hut on cedar creek road Fayetteville NC needs to be closed down for good. I will never eat there again ever. Just another lost customer.
