Cici's Pizza

I usually love Cicis, but I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to the one on Good Middling. Every time I have come to this location (usually ONLY because I am in the area anyway) the experience is HORRIBLE! Staff are always extremely rude, no matter what new people might be working there. Perhaps the management needs to step up as far as coaching employees. Either that or they will hire any rude teenager that asks for a job. They stand around and talk, leaving the buffet bare for long periods of time. The girl at the register didn't greet us much less say a word to us. At least half the tables were dirty the entire time we were there. There was no tea, so we asked if some could be made and it never came out so we gave up on it. DO NOT COME HERE

I went to go eat at CiCi's Pizza on November 15th, 2015, and I have to say this was one of the worst, most disgusting places I've ever eaten - and it's not the food. The staff seemed lazy, several of tables had dishes piled on them, the buffet was slow, inadequate and messy, none of the workers were "friendly", guests were loud and disruptive, the drink fountain had liquid all over it, the napkins weren't refilled, so obviously stock was at a halt and the overall atmosphere was dirty. If I had called an inspector to go observe this restaurant, hands down they would have received a 70 at the most. I even considered, "Maybe I came on a wrong day," so the next day (today) I asked several friends about their experiences there and their replies were all the same. "Disgusting." "Messy." "Horrible Service". I am highly disappointed.

I received terrible customer service from a specific employee and wasn't too happy with the quality of my food. I was to the point where I was ready to leave. But when I informed a manager about my complaints, she was extremely nice and apologetic. She made it up with coupons and free drinks. I left a happier customer.

I had a horrible experience at Westwood shopping center cici's pizza. The manager Carlos is a REAL RUDE JERK! There was no food on the Buffet. All of the customers were complaining the so called manager Carlos came out looked around and went back to the back to his office. I will never go back to that particular cici's pizza. The company should look into getting a manager with an education! An education from a college not a supermarket

This has got to be the most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted. My 10 year old daughter wanted to have her birthday at cici's so they could get whatever pizzas they wanted and it turned out to be a nightmare. First started off after we walked in the door. The pizza that was available was on the colder side, not very warm. When asked about making a whole pizza that the kids wanted, we were informed that the manager would not allow them to custom make a pizza and we had to choose from the pizza that was already there. NEVER AGAIN! You have lost a customer for life.

This place was horrible , the staff looked like they didn't want to be there, the food taste like it was left out for hours . I seen an employee spit somewhere behind the register I instantly stopped eating and left. I would much rather pick the location on good mudding rd. . run far away from this place
