If I could give zero stars I would I was told after ordering nachos they were out of chips and then when I ordered a chicken, cheese, black bean quesadilla it was sent to me soggy and grease-filled with hardly NO meat/cheese and then I was told they had no salsa either… so I put in a large order for takeout dinner and got attitude from the bartender who called me “another annoying cracker” obviously she didn’t think I heard her!!! I will NEVER come back again!!!

There will be a wait because this place is busy most nights. Great food and fast waitresses that do an outstanding job. Clean and nice atmosphere. If your near I recommend you give this place a try.

Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and The Loaded Fries. Take out was extremely fast and the ladies were so nice.

Dropped into RT to grab some dinner with my wife. The young lady that waited on us (Melody), was amazing. Greeted us right away, took our drink order. Then proceeded to take our order. Never writing anything down, took our order with a few substitutions. She was very vigilant at tending to our needs, drink refills, made sure our food was out in a timely manner. Turned out to be a very pleasant dining experience. Thank you Melody for taking g such good care of us. We will be back.😁

The service was good. They were very busy but the food came pretty quickly. I had a steak and it was great. It was nice to be able to choose keto veggies instead of potatoes. My husband had a huge burger and fries that he couldn't finish. The price was very reasonable.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. It was an hour and 15 minutes before we were seated. The server said the kitchen was really backed up. Don't know why, the restaurant was half empty. Did see 3 or 4 to go orders go out. It was NOT worth the wait! Server was not attentive. Waited way too long for bar drink. Cole slaw was warmer than room temperature. French fries were inedible. Lettuce on salad bar was wilted and brown. Don't waste your time here!

This place has gone down hill quickly.
Lacking qualified help, using 25% of the tables...which means a long wait.
The food took an hour and a half.... and it was wrong. Waited 20 minutes for the check, and the check was wrong.
Not the first time we've had bad service here.

I usually order To Go but we wanted to be in the ambiance. My hamburger was made to perfection!! The drinks were excellent.
The tables need a little more attending too. The chairs and booths as well. Covid hasn't taught people much about cleaning. Please clean up after patrons better. We were sticking to table.
