Kyoto Express

For once the place didn’t smell like a sewer, so I figured I’ll give it another shot. Stood at the counter for 8 min while one lady cooked food and the old man washed dishes. He came out as someone asked for chopsticks and he told the customer no. The lady cooking food and him started to argue over it all the while he’s not doing a thing and I’m still standing there and haven’t even ordered. Nope, I left and won’t come back again.

I haved called in take out orders many times before. The last two times have been difficult. They got my order wrong and then literally argued with me about it. Last night I asked for shrimp tempura sushi. The guy on the phone spoke broken English and said to me IGA. I said no I would like some shrimp tempura sushi. He said we don't have sushi tonight. I then thought about it after he hung up and guess I should have said shrimp tempura rolls. Honestly he probably would not have understood that either. So, I went to Wasabi instead. They were happy to take my order $$.

Nothing was good about this place. Horrible service. Horrible food. They charge an extra .25 cents if you want hibachi and won't serve you only onions as vegetables, instead you gotta buy a "side" of onions. It was hot inside and the workers acted like they didn't want to be there. I will NEVER go back.
