Pizza Hut

First time coming here and it will be the last. I paid for 2 extra garlic sauces but when I got back to the car the kids wanted an extra marinara. Went back in and the lady said it was 75 cents for another dipping sauce. I just spent my last few bucks to give my family some food. I asked her if she could just do a nice thing, it's ONLY 75 cents!!! She said NO!!!! And told me to leave. Her name was Deborah. She needs better customer service skills and to be fired!!!! You just lost a customer over 75 cents!

As far with orders, I don’t really have any issues with this place. However, my only complaint is the customer service. There’s this one middle age light skin lady with glasses I think she only works during the day but she always has a nasty attitude every time I come over there to pay for my food. I understand jobs can be very stressful & draining but there’s no excuse to be rude all the time.

I ordered my favorite pizza on line, paid for it and decided to get curbside pickup. I pulled up and texted the curbside pickup, and no one ever came out to deliver my pizza. I parked in front of the store and watched the Manager on duty count dipping sauces for over 5 min. I continued to wait and no one ever came out. After 10 min I decided to go in to get my pizza. I told the Manager I had been waiting outside and she responded ok. No apologies or anything. I get pizza here at least three times a month. The first time I did curbside I was extremely pleased and decided to do it again. I was very disappointed with the second attempt.

I had specifically asked to have Hut seasoning put on All of my pizzas, in the special instructions portion for flavoring on the crust and not one single one of my pizzas had it. Very disappointed. And it appeared to be the extra toppings were... 🤔lacking. Other than that the flavor of Pizza Hut was taste wise as I like especially with the bread sticks 😊
