I ordered a 6 inch. They put onions on my sub. Onions my me sick. I don't think the people know what they are doing in there. You got one job to and can't do that. I am mad. I am going to Jersey Mike's. Start boycotting some of these places.

I sat in line the young lady came on the speaker and said hold one minute needless to say I sat there for 15 minutes then pulled up to the drive thru and no one was there. So of course I had to pull around and they have one customer and no one even spoke when I walked in. Smh will not be coming again and one star was too much

The manager is so rude to her employees I would never let me child work there she got no respect and she always yell at them like that’s her slaves. No manager should treat her employees like that. She should get fired from her mouth and disrespect to her employees

It took 40 minutes for me to get two sandwiches... I was the only customer in the lobby and I was not greeted. There were two female employees and one male employee working... the male employee was the only one trying to help me... he was nice but was new at Subway... I believe my experience would’ve been different if there was teamwork and if ALL the employees were properly trained. I can understand a new employee not understanding the proper serving portions for every sandwich but what I can’t understand is the lack of and breakdown in customer service from the employees is has been working there longer!!!

Please don’t work there the manager is rude to her employees. I used to work there and I wasted my 2 and a half years working. She been treating me like I’m trash and she likes to talk trash to the employees. She is horrible. And the worst boss ever. I don’t like her at all

My mother (elderly women) report that she went here during the week around lunchtime and was ignored the entire time she was there. She decided to leave since the women in the store basically refused her service. Is this really what we are coming to where people(employees) in stores are choosing who they will or will not serve in a business? Last time I looked business is business and all money is equal. People need to stop looking at a person skin color and looking at the person as an equal. Stuff like this can give a business a bad name and the next thing you know they are wondering why they are having to close doors. Check your employee’s behavior!

Drive through is not what it should be. No one listened to my order and I didn’t get what I asked for. My sandwich was served to me cold when it would have be served hot. My had to get her sub remade because it was like no one listened to what we ordered ! Never again visiting this location. They should get half of a star. The service and quality of service and food is not up to standard. Employees having personal conversations behind the counter and mention they dislike the rush with the soldiers. I have never experienced such actions like this from Subway. Either retrain the employees or find news one that are willing to work and satisfy the customers !
