Papa Johns Pizza

This is about Papa John's Pizza on Reilly Rd. This manager at this location failed tonight. I went to pick my order. I was told that my order was cancelled because their cooler was down. I asked why I didn't get a call. She said that she wasn't going to call everyone back that placed an order. She also cursed at me twice. When I decided to take her picture, she claimed that I needed her consent. She has never heard of freedom of the press. The location at Yadkin Rd was more than happy to prepare my food as I had 74 yr old mother waiting for dinner. Her actions tonight were unacceptable. I will be contacting the corporate office concerning this person.

I ordered my pizza at 8:47 PM the woman who took my order said it would take about 25 to 35 minutes to be delivered. at 9:53 PM I called to see The status of my order, I was told it was still baking and would be delivered at 9:35PM. Number 1- that was 20 minutes prior to the current time. Number 2- it absolutely should not have taken over an hour to get to my house, when the store is exactly 0.9 miles from my residence. I ordered 2 extra marinara sauces- which I did not get ON TOP of the horrible service.

Got the wrong pizza delivered and when I opened the box a bug crawled out. When I called to let them know I had the wrong pizza the manager replied with an attitude, claimed it was hearsay and wanted a picture for proof. When I asked where I should send the picture she hung up on me. Wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had.

Made me waste time & gas doing curbside pickup. I selected drive up when placing my order online & once i got to the restaurant i called & a lady said she was bringing my order out. 15 minutes later I called & a man said he can’t bring it out. Excuse me? Whats the point of me selecting curbside & why did the other lady say she was bringing it out? Yall LAZY. For personal reasons I couldn’t get out the car otherwise I would’ve went in.

Ordered 2 XL NY style cheese pizzas with light sauce and extra cheese and 8pc plain wings well done and 4 sides of pizza sauce, wings were well done but still soggy, completely forgot the 4 sides of pizza sauce ( pizzas $2 for small dipping cups) and the cheese on the pizza was equal to what you would put on a medium pizza for regular amount nevermind it was supposed to be 2 XL pizzas with extra cheese, called and spoke with a manager, he was very pleasant, offered to remake the pizzas himself and make sure there was the extra cheese on it, okay no problem, remade pizzas and missing pizza sauce cups arrived quickly, plus 2 additional sauce cups ( sweet, thanks) but still a problem, we ordered light sauce the new ones had regular amount, okay we can deal with it, but still the same issue with the cheese, barely regular cheese amount on it, you can see the crust bubbles in the center of the pizza with no sauce or cheese on it, do they not know what extra cheese is?, you shouldn't see any sauce let alone bare crust especially in the center of the pizza, not worth the time, effort or price and completely lacking any taste, we're done with this place

Each time I order pizza/other food from this place, it's either, cold, old or fold (over) which means that it looks as if someone dropped it. My chicken that I order is ALWAYS cold. I've gotten to the place, I'm tired of calling back in to complain. .... And most time I have to wait well over an hour, and Í still have to WAIT LONGER.
