Logan Roadhouse

Logan's is only getting 2 star for the appetizers. They loaded fries and fries mushrooms were great. Literally ever other thing included the service was absolutely horrible. The service was subpar we had 1 refill for the entire visit. They murdered my 9 oz filet mignon, it was so tough I had to send it back. It is the texture of Hamburger steak. My Caesar salad tasted like vinegar. Just a bad visit over all. They recooked my meal and I just took it home because I was over the whole dinner.

We normally have great service…..however tonight was disappointing to say the least. We had a wait of about twenty-five minutes. No problem I understand it’s busy on Friday nights. When we seated it was at a small table my husband is tall the table wasn’t steady and the small chairs weren’t accommodating. We asked the waitress when she showed up if we could if we could switch to a booth because we saw three open. She said sure let me speak to the hostess we were then informed all the booths were reserved and we would have to go back on a waiting list to get into a booth after already waiting our turn to be seated while three booths were open and empty. Nope not happening….. Update….2/5/22 I called and spoke with a manager this morning explained the whole situation to him. Instead of addressing the rudeness of his hostess he made an excuse saying they don’t know the day to day operations of a restaurant…my response well then they should be trained better. Come to find out the booths weren’t reserved…they could have moved us and put another party at the table how easy would that have been. Furthermore I don’t think the manager even cared that the restaurant lost my business last night. Every customer especially loyal ones we have been dining here around ten years or more should feel valued. His basic resolution was let me know and I will accommodate you….sir the point is if your staff is well trained I wouldn’t have to contact you to accommodate me. Do a better job on training them and make sure they treat your patrons with respect.

Our server was phenomenal and the food came out very quickly. For a steakhouse however, the steak was a disgrace. Tough and stringy, the outside was gray with no sear and the inside was very much rare, I asked for medium rare. The baked potatoes, salad, and rolls were fantastic. Portions could have better reflected the prices. I probably will not come back.

My best friend and I went to lunch today to celebrate. The food was great. Hot ,fresh, and didn’t take long. Our sever Crystal was the best part of the experience. She was extremely friendly, made sure our drinks never got low, our table was cleared of any dirty dishes, and explained all the menu options with our meals. Crystal was great!

My partner and I dined in and had Crystal as our server. She was very nice and attentive. They were extremely busy but she did an excellent job with making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. Thanks Crystal we will be back soon. The steak and ribs were so good ! Cooked Correctly and full of flavor the tables were also cleaned and you can see the servers wiping down things and washing their hands at the drink station.

Logan's has a wonderful menu with lots to choose from. We had a wonderful meal and Megan our waitress was very professional and courteous. We ordered 2 appetizers to start the string deep fried onions and the fried mushrooms. Then we received our salads and our entrees were quick and hot when delivered to our table. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great service and delicious food.
