Mcdonald's

This used to be one of the best McDonald's for breakfast until recently. The breakfast food quality and customer service has dropped. I order a simple Egg McMuffin and they can't even cook that right. It is obvious there is new management and they do not care. I was taught in the restaurant business to treat the consumer how you expect to be treated, cook their food how you would expect yours to taste if you were on the other side of the counter.

First thing the kiosk machine messed up our order, then we had to wait at counter for 15 min with no one in front us , then the cashier tried to short us 5 dollars. Then after our order which they were supposed to bring to the table we were told to go get our own drinks then had to wait another 5 minutes for coffee. Service was bad and food not made properly. Then they were trying to mop floor under our feet while we were trying to eat. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Not many people in drive thru, but the sense of urgency was not presented the customers weren't the companies major concern. Very disappointed gas is high and you have to wait in line to place your order and then wait on your food for a long period of time. Need some people with some speed about them.

I will go to this McDonald's before I go to the McDonald's off Murchison. 😆 🤣 😂 The customer service can be a little better like recognizing the customer. I give this establishment five stars based on the food the food was great and I did like how they made it fast the location is perfect I recommend this McDonald's any day

The food was good and hot. I did have to wait about 8 minutes. I do understand they were busy and had a line; however, they gave me the wrong bag and I had to quickly notify them before they proceeded. It's not a big deal, people make mistakes but if you are going to take the time to do it right, you should label your outgoing orders to avoid mix ups.

McDonalds has been a real disappointment over the last 5-10 years. No greetings or just stick the bag in your face and close the window. "Thank you" is banned from the work place. If I get great service with greetings and everything you would EXPECT, my daughter and I are stunned by it. It is definitely noticed. Go back approximately 1mth later, the newbie is now just as calloused as the others. Managers allow it. The work environment is shaped by the managers. All Fayetteville NC McDonald's have terrible customer service. Chic fila blows all of the fast food restaurants out of the water. Have noticed some other local restaurants starting to copy "my pleasure" response from Chic fila. McDonald's feels they still stand on the pull of their fries and burgers. Yes they are delicious. However, I have to sigh and make a conscious decision to drive there vs ANY OTHER OPTION.
