Kyoto Fantasy Express

Just drove by today & see Kyoto Express Skibo with OPEN sign lit 👀😲 Maybe just me but seemed like everytime I drove by they were closed & was kinda bummed bc this was the 1st TOGO Hibachi spot I had 😥 Update: (Take-Out ONLY) The actual owners took my order & cooked my meal which was nice 😁 Great service with little to no wait & I liked that everything was cooked fresh! Store was very clean with hand sanitizer at entrance. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken entree for $8.63 with tax 💯 Just like I remember Perfect Hibachi lunch spot 😋 Hours: Tues - Saturday (12pm - 6pm)

I had teriyaki chicken and shrimp hibachi, it's the best I've had in Fayetteville. And the shrimp was also cooked very well not over or under cooked or rubbery. Wife had steak and shrimp, the steak was good. And the cashier was friendly,nice, sweet, knowledgeable, patient. The food was delivered very fast, quick.

I'm done with Kyoto's. I went in for lunch got a chicken bowl and paid it come out to 8.36. I was like cool used my debit card and kept it moving. I go look at my statement online it said I paid 10.03 so I called up there to ask why charge me 2 more dollars and they (Jasmine) could not give me a straight answer. If it was a tip I have no problems with that but to take 2 more dollars from a working man is sad. To anyone reading this use Cash with them or you'll get ripped off too.

I had my usual steak and Shrimp with zucchini with onions. However the meat was sorta tough and cut into too thick of pieces and had no real taste of it's own. Plus now they don't let you get ur own sauce, so the shorted me on the mayo sauce, didn't give me any of the soy sauce. Not the experience I have been accustomed to.
