Sonic Drive-in

Worst customer service ever! Decided to treat the kids ordered 6 sonic blasts. She brings it out without drink carrier. Didn't even bother to wipe the cup off before handing it to me.. I asked for drink carrier. Her reply was a Sarcastic NO! I response you don't have a drink tray, or box something to put these in? Her reply again sarcastic NO!!! Poorly managed location......

I wish I could give negative stars… This is my sandwich after waiting 40 minutes for them to tell us they accidentally messed up our orders and we’re making them fresh. 1 HOUR total in waiting for this ketchup, lettuce, onion and tomato chicken sandwich. Are you freaking kidding me!????? Not to mention missing half of the fries we ordered, a wrong drink. Insane, y’all need to get your act together.

Everyone was nice and they were professional it's just the food did not match the hype the commercials especially the picture which is right beside you as you order..you order because you are hungry for that burger ..ect. Which is the case for most restaurants they make It look so beautiful but when you get it it's just thrown together. it looks like a four-year-old did it.. don't look anything like the picture and I wasted my money cause I can't eat it because looks awful before and after I open the bun..I don't taste the care that is goes into food when you care .I am familiar with this invisible commodity because I am a cook..Sonic used to be number one with a lot of us but it Has lapse badly. Renewed training is needed. Yet we still hope for change..thank you

My husband & I had our (2nd) 1st date @ this sonic. The playground is always fun for the children. The food is pretty great, for fast food. I'd live on those pretzel twists, if I could! Every server we have ever had, over the last 10 years, has been truly awesome. This store's hiring/training team should teach the surrounding area how to provide customer service.

I love coming to Sonic because the food is fast and good. But I watched 8 employees tonight in the kitchen playing and talking while ignoring customers. Y'all do know that we can see in those windows right? We sat here 15 minutes listening to other customers press their buttons and also be ignored. And it was only 8 cars in the parking lot and most of them were employees cars so definitely wasn't them being busy. At least acknowledge the customer and ask them to wait a moment. Don't just ignore business. It was delivery drivers waiting. Customer service matters.

Normally the food is great. Couple times we have sat and been 'forgotten'. No biggy. My biggest problem with this location is the fact that they mess up the drinks every single time. Strawberry limeade is soda water with strawberries. Cherry coke is almost straight cherry syrup. French vanilla iced coffee, old burnt coffee with a splash of regular creamer and mini m&ms. Yes m&ms in coffee. I've been given this location chances but I really don't recommend it to anyone if they are looking just for drinks.
