German Diner

This used to be my favorite place to go but I have to say that my last visit will be my last visit. I wish the owner the best but the service, the food and the prices are not what they used to be which is a shame. I love supporting small businesses especially those with a military connection but sadly this is no longer among my favorites. We paid about $30 for a lunchtime visit for 2 sandwiches that were chewy AND they were out of brochen. We are used to the food being tender which is what brought us back again and again.

The food here was atrocious. I have never tasted a more bland, unsatisfying meal in my life. As a first experience of what German food Is I am very apposed to ever ordering German cuisine again. Don’t waste your time. The one lady working there was wearing an unprofessional outfit of a short skirt an spaghetti strap shirt. The service was nonexistent. Never again.

This restaurant was overpriced and not good at all. My fries were freezer burnt and faintly tasted of lotion. My brat was burnt on the outside. The brat also came with no bun. There were small roaches crawling on the wall behind the table. The brats and fries were the same quality of ones you can buy at walmart.

Good so far, other than the loud occasional curse word from a group of people. Food is fantastic. We had Jägerschnitzel and the Pork Codon Blue. The crowd reminded us of the old Rod and Gun clubs. I would like to bring my grand kids to experiance the food. Service was real good. Our waitress was very friendly with a great personality. Price was fair for the amount and quality of the meals. We will return and maybe bring friends.
