I had phenomenal experience at this location. Miranda provided exceptional service in helping me choose the right cake for my event. She's really friendly and patient, going above and beyond to make sure the finished product exceeds your expectations! Already ordered a second cake from her for another special event. Highly recommend you see her!

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though there were only 3 vehicles ahead only to get to the window when I was finally told that they didn’t have what I ordered. This could’ve been solved when I was initially ordering, and I would not have been upset. I will not be returning to waste time or money.

I'm only giving one star thanks to Kalicko saving the day. My little girl wanted to use her birthday coupon and no one offered to help us and we waited and waited, despite there being 4+ people working. (We were also the only ones in line and the drive-thru wasn't busy.) Kalicko realized what was going on, helped us and even went the extra mile to make her a sprinkle cone since they literally had no cones of any kind. I would have walked out but she had her heart set on it - thank you Kalicko for making her day special!

Said they were out of chocolate had to go to the freezer to get more offered peanut butter instead. I then asked if they had rocky to as to which they replied yes. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while they asked me what my order was again 3 times. Then was told they were out of rocky road. Offered world class chocolate and sat for another 10 minutes. Ridiculous

Wish i could give them zero stars! went in to get an icecream cake for my kids birthday and the selection that they had was poor to say the least. they were all sloppy and you couldnt pay me to take one of their cakes! some of the smaller ones were nice but only feed 2 people, it took 15 min before anyone even noticed i was there and the fact that the sell cakes is surprising because of the low quality. it looked as though a child came in and made them! beyond disapointed! my friend ordered an absoutley gorgeous 2 tier rose cake from here and i guess they only put effort into ordered cakes instead of whats on display. ill take my chances somewhere else thank you .
