Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered 2 subs, one of them had hair in it. I called to request a remake. I asked for both subs to be remade, and the team thought that I was dumb and didn't catch on, however only one was remade. I understand things happen but to make sure you're serving quality, and safe food to the community is important. They didn't get that. None of the cooks or other team members were wearing hair nets, yes their hair was pulled back but it should also be tied away. The team member proceeds to give me my food, and says "sorry about that" and rushes off. They weren't worth the words so I decided I'll leave it here. I will never order from this location again. Jersey mikes is awesome but they're workers aren't.

The cashier was great. I ordered 3 subs and I felt like I was rushed. I tried to tell them what I wanted on my hot subs. I was told to wait. I had no problem with that. Next thing I saw them wrapping my food up. I then told the cashier what I wanted on my subs . She told the sandwich maker. I saw her hump her shoulder up and said something to the cashier. The cashier had to make my order. I am a General Manager in fast food and this is one thing I will not tolerate. I need a contact back by someone higher than the store manager.

This store is the best. Anyone who says differently is a liar. The staff are great, the food is always fresh, and the store is always clean! Some rude round bitty came in today and demanded her money and was just totally rude to the manager and the staff who were nothing but polite and helpful as they could. You guys are great! Don’t let that bitty bring you down.
