Texas Roadhouse

We went on 2/23/22 a Wednesday night had to wait about 10 minutes which isn't bad considering it was packed that night. Our server was a young new employee and training that night. His service was excellent as soon as we sat down he came asked us what we would like to drink came back with our drinks asked us if we would like an appetizer took our order our appetizers were there in like 10 minutes 15 at the most took our order for our dinner it did not take long for our dinner to get to our table he always came to check and make sure we were okay and if we needed anything else the service and food was great the restaurant was very clean as well considering how busy it was would highly suggest this place

As always, the rolls and deep-fried pickles are amazing! The food was good; if the review were based on food, it would be five stars. Unfortunately, the service was a miss. We got there when they were opening, two in the party, and they set us at an eight-top table which was so awkward. Then we had to ask for refills twice, and for our utensils, it just seemed to be an off day for Texas RoadHouse service; thankfully, the cooks saved the day!

Salmon was extremely fishy, I only ate about 30-35% of it and regretted it later as I felt ill into the next morning. Rolls were fine, Salad was ok, I really wish I did not take the bartenders recommendation to try the salmon. I should have stuck with the ribs. Probably should have asked for more peanuts to fill up on those. All-in-all a disappointing meal. Maybe they were trying to get rid of the fish. Not the best Texas Roadhouse. Service was ok, not very personable, sort of stand-offish.

Went for a group gathering. Waited 30 mins to be seated. They don't have reservations but they have a call ahead list you can be put on but I did that and they person told me don't worry there won't be a wait at 6pm on a Thursday but obviously that wasn't correct. There rolls with cinnamon butter are addicting. Rattlesnake bites appetizer was delicious. The table had steak, shrimp, barbeque chicken, fried catfish, bacon cheeseburger, loaded potatoes... all were good. Customer service was good! The music is way to load though, you have to scream to talk at the table.

The steak and baked potatoes was not hot when I got it. The baked 🥔 potato wasn't hot to even melt the butter 😫. By the time I got my Magarita all the ice was melted had the little shot othe side couldn't even tell it was put in there. Had my son's birthday dinner 🍽. Waitress would forget what the people wanted at the table.
