Wendy's

I just went through the drive thru. Cashier didn't know what a #10 was. When I got my order the fries and nuggets were thrown everywhere. Half my nuggets weren't in the nugget box. The Asiago chicken ranch club had no bacon, ranch, or Swiss cheese. And they put pickles on it... cashier had an attitude and obviously didn't want to talk. My soda was flat. There was no line it wasn't busy no exception for not knowing your products or even customer service. Will never be back to this location and a waste of $15

I did not have a good experience here. Took about 20 minutes to get my food (Jr bacon cheeseburger and 4 pc nugget) through the drive through and there was one car ahead of me. People driving off from the drive through because they weren't being served in a timely manner. A whole lot of talking and cutting up going on inside. I sure hope management of this restaurant sees this review and takes it serious because their service sucks! Not to mention they are losing money. Next time I'm in the area I'll go to the McDonald's down the street.

Worst experience ever I repeat in the drive thru! The first experience me and boyfriend were the car waiting to place our order once we got to place it the lady taking our order had an attitude we waited more than 10 minutes to place it . Second experience my boyfriend went to go and the same lady who took our order in the first experience still had an attitude but what we found out later is that she spat in his burger because “he had an attitude” even though he was being polite when he was ordering we confronted her about this after we turned around seeing his burger and she admitted to it! I repeat do not go to this Wendy’s Service is slow High chance food will be contaminated with spit And Rude employees making and taking your order. It’s not worth it, and if that lady doesn’t like her job she should quit not take it out on the customers.

Feb 22nd. I'll never go back to that place. Went through drive thru and the lady speaking and running the window was just ignorant. Had a complete attitude the entire time, did not listen to a word I said. Should've checked my good before I left but was so mad . Anything I asked for I basically didn't get or was completely wrong . If I was the manager or store owner I think it's time to get a new staff who will actually try to do their job. Pure ignorance. I hope nobody else goes there and deals with that.

They'll make you wait at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before they let you order. Sad place. Horrible management. Order 10 nuggets. Get 9 and 1 with a strange growth on it making the total number 8 nuggets. Order hot sauce to dip, get ranch. Had I not caught it on screen, I'd have driven off with an order totally different than what I had already said twice into the speaker. Usually come here when I want good fast food. I see now they're inching closer and closer to their big cousin next door with the golden arches. Get it together Wendy's! I need somewhere to go when I'm not in the mood of thinking how much human bodily fluids are on my burgers. **cough**Arches**cough**

Rude woman with dreads working there, waited 5 mins at the drive thru before she would allow me to order (and that was after she did the same thing to the driver in front of me, slow service, when I drove up to pay, she and another older woman were complaining to each other about another employee not showing up. Meanwhile, it wasn’t busy. There were only 2-3 cars in the drive-thru, and the parking lot was practically empty!
