Had a late lunch at Ruby Tuesday’s off Owen Street and the food was delicious! The bartender, I can’t remember her name but she made the most amazing Bloody Mary! If you go show her this picture and tell her to make it just like this! It was amazing. The shrimp fondue (I got extra shrimp in it) was delicious also. Sharese was super sweet and super awesome and I can’t wait to visit again, the staff is great and the food is delicious and it’s not crowded with a long wait.

Ruby Tuesday is truly my favorite restaurant 😋. New Orleans seafood is my go to meal. Server very polite and friendly. He came back several times to check on us which is a plus . I really njoyed myself. Thanks again

Jason the District Manager stated he was refunding my money and he has not. Furthermore, my wife died at CFV 1:40 AM Monday.
I haven't been in the place for a very long time because of bad management, burnt bake potato, ribs dry and burnt, missy items after getting home and dirty place. I was told a week ago, it is better now, they have 2 new managers. So went in there Saturday, give them another chance, soon as I ordered and placed my order, this man walks out of the kitchen. How can they say it is under new manager. He is the same one that has been there for years. Well ordered my wife Crispy Shrimp Platter, with broccoli, asked them to steam it a long time, got home it was hard as a rock, the shrimp was not fried crispy and was soggy and white on the bottom. Now the bake potato was very good compared to a couple of years ago. So I ordered the new Libby pull pork sandwich, the bun was hard as a rock also, burnt on the bottom and I also order a half slap of ribs, because the guy who took order said they just came out of the oven, boy was he wrong. They were burnt on the bottom, so dry, you couldn't pull them a part with 2 hands, that is how tough they were. Will be attaching pictures shortly.
District manager Jason was nice about the problem and agreed to refund our $43.84. What a waste of time and like many others on this site, the food was terrible, they need a cook, read the rest of the one star complaints in the past few months. Home Office should clean house at this place. Look at pictures, ribs burnt, bun burnt, shrimp white on the bottom and not crispy as advertised. Couldn't pull ribs a part so tough and dry, don't know what oven that guy said they just came out of but picture is worth a thousands words. Waited a week to get my wife a nice meal, went there and called twice, signs on the door, "WE ONLY TAKE CASH." They said we are trying to get our computer working, so you know they lost a lot of business because people do not carry a lot of cash on them and turned around yesterday, 8-21-21, said they now take credit cards. Well our meal went into the trash I went to Samino's in Hope Mils, to get carry out with my wife disable and disappointed at this Ruby Tuesday's. It is the same as 2 years ago. Lacking management to serve this kind of food.

Went out Saturday night and had a great time. Dinner was good, a little slow but that's the norm now everywhere. But the staff couldn't have been any friendlier. We all laughed and had a good time the whole time we were there. Thanks for a good time you guys 😎

Tonight my family and I had an early dinner at Ruby Tuesday. What made our dining experience excellent was our waitress. She was very attentive to us and brought everything out hot and fresh. Her name is Sharese! If you guys go there she is the one to have! Thank you Sharese for being an amazing representation of Ruby Tuesday. She was happy at work and you don’t see that often.

Wow where should I start? Taylor our server had a very rude attitude!!! The food was terrible not to mention my Wife did not get the food she ordered at all. Once the other four of us had eaten our food Taylor finally as my Wife did she still want her food? Flat out poor customer service!!! Now we see why the place was practically empty on a Friday afternoon on graduation day. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! The only reason I bothered to give any gratuity at all. We are a Christian family and practice these belives and values "Treat other as you would like to be treated".
