While they were very busy AND there was a 10-15 minute wait for any type of chicken, they kept the line moving and kept us the customers VERY informed. None of them had an attitude and EVERYONE if the them was doing their job and helping each other out. Well oiled machine. And most of the customers waited with no complaining. EXCELLENT JOB, FROM AN EXCELLENT TEAM WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE AMAZING MANAGEMENT Thank you so much for being a rare type these days

They were fairly busy. We went in for a late lunch, and they did awesome putting our food together. Just about every chipotle we’ve visited has been consistent with the quality of their food. We’re always happy with them. The employees here worked really fast and you can tell they are a great team.

I placed an order for pick up and asked for paid for extra chicken. My bowl barely has any chicken and hardly any of the toppings I had asked for. The bowl is also not even filled completely.

I placed an online order for two chicken burritos. One of the burritos just happen to have barely any chicken. I ate about a quarter of it before I decided to unravel it. Disappointed to say there were literally 1-2 tablespoon of chicken and I’m talking about the exact measurements of it. Do better chipotle. I paid for my food like everyone else.

Just ordered a steak bowl. As you can see there’s literally not one piece of meat in this bowl. Problems everytime I order from this store.

Normally, Chipotle doesn't disappoint, but the last 2 times we've ordered has been very disappointing. The first time the steak was almost all gristle and fat, and this time, I ordered extra barbacoa, and got 2 big chunks of extra fat. No lettuce, sauce and it was so cold, the cheese didn't melt. Unacceptable. Just because it's an online order, it Doesn't mean slack off. Do better Chipotle!

Initial response got placed under the wrong place. Only critique for now is for mobile orders make sure all items are in veg. Every time I order a kids meal their drink is forgotten. Also make sure we don’t just get all broken small pieces of tortilla chips.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Tried giving them a chance. Twice they have really messed up. They skimp on the ingredients and take more than double the time to prepare the food. I open my bowl up and it's Soo bare. I paid over 10 dollars for this barely anything bowl. I'm beyond irritated. AVOID this place.
