Rustic Burger

My family and I have been to the location between Hopemills and Fayetteville a few times. Each time we go the restaurant is clean and the staff is very nice. We have ordered a few different items and all were made correctly and were very tasty! Even the picky little eaters loved it! There hotdogs are big! The queso burger is my favorite.

The manager Shaquille is extremely rude and nasty!! My bacon was burnt my bun was so soggy I couldn’t even eat my burger the burger cost me 15.00 to get literally 6 sidewinder fries.. just a soggy mess.. the manager stated well what do you want me to do about it! Just nasty and inconsiderate.. If I could give it a 0 I would. Not to mention the burger was a greasy mess. The fries was like they dumped the container of salt on them.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮Do not waste your money worse place ever!!

I got the onion cheddar burger, was just okay. Replaced my side for additional $2.50, for a wedge salad. The salad was not a wedge of iceberg lettuce, but rather a green leafy lettuce. Toppings on it, had the traditional bacon, blue cheese and tomato. But they didn't include any dressing, which is traditionally blue cheese and a balsamic reduction. As for the side of fried pickles, they tasted like they came from the frozen food section of Walmart, extremely greasy, and pickles were like mush. Needless to say, my first try will be my last for this place.

I’ve ordered from rustic burger twice now from Grubhub. I think the order came from the springlike location, anyways the 1st time I ordered they forgot my fries. The food was good tho. The second time I tried to order from them I wrote a note in the comment tab saying “please please don’t forget my fries this time☺️“ . when I received my order, There was a note written on the box “sorry about your fries the last time” I thought that was pretty cool that they cared enough to leave a note. When I opened the box there was a cookie there and it made me smile even for just for a little surprise like that. I must say just the customer service alone for me is 5 star even tho I wasn’t there in person. You don’t find people who care that much nowadays in the food service industry so I wanted to say keep up the awesome work. And I actually do enjoy the food too.

Best burger I’ve ever had! I ordered the pineapple teriyaki burger and it was amazing. I also did enjoyed how the staff and owner were very nice and helpful. Also explained how much the care about people who suffer from food allergies and how hard they work to make it safe for everyone. I definitely recommend coming here to enjoy a good burger!

Great place to visit. No surprise, it costs a little more than your normal $6 combo fast food joint, but you get what you pay for and it's well worth every penny. My wife and I have had lunch here several times and have been very happy with the service, wait time and food. Will be returning in the future.

I dont know if this place is under new management/ownership/kitchen staff, but NO. First, the lady in the kitchen had such an attitude when asked if I could get another BBQ sauce. Then when I got home, both KY wife's and my Carolina burgers tasted like they poured salt on the burgers, you could taste the crunch. Before you think of the movie "waiting", I already had my food in bags in my hands before I asked for the BBQ sauce. They either suck at cooking a simple burger, were trying to cover up something rancid, or had issue with me specifically and my "appearance". Either way, this wonderful place is NOT one that will be visited again. Which is said as we started going here when it first opened. So long Rusty Burger, your old atmosphere and food will be dearly missed.
