Wendy's

Went to this location at 9:50pm, hours say they close at 10pm. The person in front of us in line was able to order no problem, but when it was our turn we were told they were closed due to being short staffed. Why would you shut down 10 mins early for being "short staffed"? That to me would be a few hours early. Either way I have worked fast food in the past and have never experienced anything like this. Was not impress and will not be returning as a customer again

Went around 9:00 p.m. and the line for the drive-thru was very long. At first, I thought it had something to do with the weather but I think it was the employees inside who were kind of slow and maybe overwhelmed with a sudden influx of customers. I also assumed another reason was because we were in the middle of a really bad thunder and lightning storm. I haven't ever had experienced this type of slowness with this particular Wendy's before. We ordered a burger, fries and drink for one passenger and then a large Chili only to be told to they were out of it. I felt disappointed because this is the first that's ever happened. Due to stomach issues I can only tolerate soups, chili's and stews and with no chili, I was out of luck since I forgot to buy or make extra soup at home. This is one of the nicer restaurants as well as a open later fast food places which stays open past 9:00 p.m. in the Fargo Moorhead area. Having Wendy's open later since it provides more options of food choices yet it gets a bit ridiculous trying to find somewhere to eat that isn't McDonald's. But even they are closing early these days. I would recommend this Wendy's but just don't come at 9:00p.m assuming there will be chili and a few other things you are craving. I suppose one could also say that's a sign of a good menu choice and place to eat since the food goes fast.😁. Value is excellent as with the portion size. Plus it's very close to the freeway that makes it convenient if you happen to be traveling and want a quick place. (Granted this particular night wasn't their norm in my opinion.)

Normally this Wendy's is great, but wow, we waited in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes and then they forgot part of our order, lol! When we got to the window someone asked if we had already paid and another person needed to ask what our order was, I couldn't help but do a facepalm in my mind. They must have been super short staffed with only new people or something...

They are clean and fast but they messed up our order even after they read it back to us and we corrected them they still got it wrong. The soda pop in the lobby makes your soda taste like what ever someone had before you. In my case it was something sugar free which I have an allergy to so I got sick, I haven't had that problem at other restaurants that have that same problem yet. So if you have allergies to other flavors in the soda pop machine I had skip the fountain drinks and go for bottled water or a Frosty.

Ordered two combo meals and said large size so large fries and large pop went thru drive thru got it started for home I ate my burger first me and my son then I said I'll take my fries he give them to me large fries 1/2 full both of ours I called them and told them they said well did they split in bag nope well the manager was doing fries she said I said you better show him how to fill them ask if they would send out a coupon we don't do that well I guess I'll have to eat some were else we're I get my money worth i spent 27.00 dollars for that wow
