Tim Hortons

Ordered, they were rude and rushing the entire time. Waited in line and got our Order just to be missing items and was told to get back in line even though they couldn't pay attention to take the order correctly. What we got was lazily thrown together. Our coffee was cold and we Ordered hot coffee. Only giving 2 stars because what was thrown together, and I mean legit thrown together, tasted somewhat decent. Inconsiderate and rude. Would have greatly pulled forward to wait if they would've just charged me then but they huffed and puffed and told us to get back in line. Not worth it.

Four months ago this was the best Tim Hortons in the area. As soon as the last GM left (to start his own business. Good luck buddy they miss you dearly), this place went downhill. The new GM "Julia" is the absolute worst person to be anywhere near customers. She was upset people were in here drive thru. She then had the nerve to call me rude, because I gave her attitude back to her. Absolute worst experience, the place is disgusting now.

VERY rude service!!🤬 From what it sounded like the workers were mother & daughter but regardless of their relation there was no reason to be rude to myself or the customers in front of me.. I asked for 6 vanilla dipped doughnuts and 1 sausage/cheese bagel. Well they misunderstood and tried to give me 6 sausage/cheese bagels and a vanilla dipped doughnut, I told them that's not what I ordered.. They fixed the order but not with best of attitude doing it because I guess it was my fault... If you hate your job then quit!!!! No need to be rude to customers that help keep your business going, especially when they weren't rude to you to begin with...

Very very rude! I asked for a wrap and they screamed no at me through the speaker and I jumped back, sorry I failed to see the ripped up sign on the speaker that said no wraps, lol they could have said, no sorry mam, we are out of wraps. then rushed the rest of my order, I wasnt even done, i went ahead and pulled up to the window and they literally threw my things at me and I dropped it all on my lap, I looked at the rough looking lady that works the window and she laughed at me with a kinda evil laugh. Customer service is key and you can hate your job all you want, but pretend like you love it!

Not even the worst McDonald’s is as rude as the employees at this location. All three times I’ve been here before I’m even done with my order they tell me my total and I have to literally tell them that I’m still speaking and to please let me finish. I also forgot to add something and when I pulled to the window and asked to add it, they refused. There wasn’t even anyone behind me. I left without the entire order because of it. Chick Fil A is quick without being rude to there customers. Either slow down or re train your teams. Doubt I’ll be back.
