Arby's

These guys are probably doing their best, but for MONTHS they only have 2-3 employees working. Three cars ahead of me last night. I sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before they even took my order. I got 3 fairly simple meals. They asked me to pull around. I got my food 25 minutes later, as everybody else that came through the drive thru drove past me. Every Arby's I've ever been to is slow, and this one is no exception. But 35+ minutes to get food is just unacceptable, especially when nobody else has to wait. Orders should be filled as they are taken, nobody should be waiting this long. On the plus side, my orders are always correct and staff is never rude or flustered.

We just came from there. The wait was a little long because the gentlemen taking orders made us aware there were only two people working in the store. He was kind and polite. Our sandwiches and fries were fresh and not a mess. Whatever they are paying those two is not enough. Great job with a huge line of customers in the drive thru.

Ordered the Crispy Chicken Ranch sandwich. Did not know it was made with a tender instead of a breast. Mostly breading almost no meat. Mostly lettuce and I waited 15 minutes for it. Happening more and more at Arby's. Threw it away after bun fell apart while trying to chew through the tough tender.

Arby's has the best customer service and great food! I head over there often and love the experience! UPDATE! I didn't think the experience could get any better but those folks working are so nice, and were campaigning for children's hunger donations... made me smile... and the food was so hot and fresh... it made me feel special
