Never ever again will I order anything from this location. The manager of this location needs to take a lesson in customer service considering she called me a b**** for complaining about my pizza that obviously was not done along with the very lightly cooked breadsticks. I called another location that I am familiar with and the DM was there. I want to give huge appreciation to this DM. She personally made my pizzas and delivered them to me although I was short of their delivery for this location. She was very kind and handled the situation immediately.

Great food, service, and value. The app speeds up the carryout ordering process as well as gives you access to nice promotions. My extra large pizza was wonderful. Great balance of everything and perfectly cut (which is something a lot of places struggle with -cutting the center of a pizza completely.) Have been going to this location for years. Great job.

Have ordered from this specific store 4-5 times over the past year, every single time the order is either inedible due to how it was cooked or was simply not what was ordered. Have requested to be contacted multiple times and all the happens is the “general manager” emails you to have you reiterate your issue, and then never responds. Have requested refunds for things being inedible, just lost the money as no one ever contacts you back. Looking to see if it’s possible to file a corporate complaint for the manager who refuses to ever resolve anything.

Ordered the works pizza and cheesy bread. We ordered at 423pm and food didn't arrive until 535pm. It arrived cold and we didn't get cheesy bread we got bread sticks. They gave us a refund. However this food gave me and my whole family food poisoning. Don't ever order from here. Will not be ordering from here again.

Whoever tf answered the phone needs to be fired. Been using the same address on the website for years. And today apparently there is an issue with finding me. There needs to be an update on the website. I have never had an issue with a delivery order period. Will be my LAST TIME EVER BUYING FOOD from this establishment

I ordered a pizza at 6:05pm and called at 7:05pm bc I had not received my pizza yet and I was told that they had a guy clock out and head out the door with my pizza. So he was essentially delivering my pizza off the clock so I asked the person on the phone to cancel my order and I didn't get the pizza bc the guy on the phone called the driver and had him turn around. I can't get around really well to go out and do carry out for pizza and never had a problem until now with this place.
