Burger King

This has to be the worst Burger King I've ever ate at..EVER! First of all we had been traveling all night and half the day. Needless to say, we were starving! So we stopped to grab a quick 2 for $10 meal. The restaurant was pretty empty but we didn't think anything of that. We ordered our food and the male worker brought us our drink cups and sat them on the counter, and I swear to you, they had 5 little pieces of ice in each!! I honestly just thought ok.. if I need more, I'll get it out of their upgraded drink machine. Well that was not happening cause it had no ice in it at all. To top that off..the drinks from the machine were warm. So our ice melted on contact without chilling our drinks at all. When our order was ready, the lady sat the tray down on the counter and said "here". We took the food and sat down to eat. The fries felt and tasted as if they had been left over from the previous shift..lol. They match the temperature of my dr. Pepper perfectly. My man's chicken sandwich was so hard and dry he could barely chew it. My whopper was cold. The bread was hard. The lettuce was browning and the cheese wasn't even melted. I love whoppers. I've never thrown away a whopper, til today! Over half of it went to the trash. The store's appearance was top notch. Very clean looking. Literally no customers inside, only 1 in the drive thru while we were there. Locals already know to avoid this location obviously. This review is for all us "out of towners" that don't.

We wanted to try the new Whopper melt. We ordered one sandwich. There was a car pulled up to wait. They had us pull up to wait. Ten minutes later someone comes out with the orders for both cars. The sandwich we got looked nothing like what BK is advertising. Bread not toasted. Raw onions. I can look past long waits as long as I get my order made properly. I will never stop at this location again.

I stopped at this Burger King on my way to see my favorite band steely Dan in Cincinnati (or aka PORKOPOLIS!) It was the best Burger King I ever had I must admit. Normally it is just something to fill the void and actually I have been to this burker king several times before and I thought it was nothing special. But this time it was really good! They made my burger very well, it was tender and juicy and the cheese was melted onto the patty correctly. And most importantly it was HOT. Given my experience with this burger kind I have to give it 3 stars because it’s is usually very hit or miss and I have had some bad Burger King from this burger kind but this one was truly a delight, and the fries were hot and delightfully salty. It left me full and happy and ready to enjoy the awesome tunes of steely Dan. Although, it seemed that they were having some technical difficulties at the venue because the song kept cutting out in me the first half of the show. If it were me I would have stopped the show and told those nuts to FIX THE SOUND! It was cutting out on Hey Nineteen and even AJA a disgrace. But they put on a really good show irregardless and I enjoyed it very much and in a roundabout way it’s all thanks to Burger King.

Totally bad experience. Only had a manager & 1 other employee. Anything you tried to order they didn't have, what I did order was cold & reheated. Spent $13 for a cold sandwich & cheese sticks that was hard as a rock w/no cheese inside. No ice, pop was limited to Sprite & Fanta. Manager was super rude & very defensive when a customer told him that since they had no food he should just close. I will be contacting coorprate about this unpleasant experience.

Update: 3/8/2022 Still the worst burger king ever. 1 employee and I sat there waiting for someone. No one answered. I asked multiple times. No one answered. They answer everyone else, but me. I have done nothing wrong Their registers were down, so they couldn't take orders. However, their signs were on, a car was there, Normally, when pulling up the window, it takes a few minutes for someone to even answer the intercom. Today, no one answered, their lights were on, a car was there, no signs explaining what was going on. When pulling up the the window, the person working should have immediately said, "hi. Welcome to burger King. We're sorry sorry for the inconvenience. Our registers are down". We were talking with the window down about what we were going to order... for a good few minutes... said hello? Multiple times and then finally after many attempts, someone come on the intercom.... poor management. A simple sign on the intercom, turning off drive thru lights, or explain immediately what the issue.

The manager was yelling at her employees startling everyone ( older black woman) the soda machine was out of 90% of the drinks, the playroom was about 80° and the playset was sticky and needs to be cleaned. 2 years later..... Still awful management, no ice in the ice machine, playgrounds been closed for 2 years because they just don't want to clean it and they claim it's because of coronavirus. When ordering, young brunette man with the glasses seemed absolutely upset and disturbed at how long I was picking what I wanted to eat even though there was absolutely nobody else in the entire restaurant. How is corporate not involved in this location?

Stop for lunch when this place was not at all busy. Probably the first warning that they were not busy at that time. Food was sloppy and poorly prepared. Buns were hard and stale. The fact that this kind of quality was produced during a slow period speaks to what you can probably expect on average from this place. Wendy's across the street would probably be a better bet if you're in this area.
