Hot Head Burrito

I've never eaten here before today and will not ever return. I had my 50$ order of food delivered. They forgot all of my drinks. My daughter ordered nachos (it was over $10 for cheese and guacamole and chips. Cheese wasn't even melted as advertised in the picture...my food was so cold and nasty. I seriously feel sick to my stomach. Wow.

I’ve never heard of a restaurant that served queso and charges for the chips. As a whole it’s a decent restaurant. The food was hot, service was polite, restaurant was clean. The taste of the food is 3 star quality. Hot head got a 2 star review because they don’t serve chips when you buy queso. You spend $3 on queso and need to spend another 1.25 on chips. And the chip bag is the size of a snack size of chips at the store. Plus the queso is not very good. It is very runny and doesn’t have any real cheese flavor or spice. Overall I was disappointed. I won’t come back.

NO CHICKEN IN THE CHICKEN BURRITO. PAID FOR DOUBLE CHICKEN. Politely called to see if they would make us a new one with burrito and receipt in hand. The only male employee working there today said he "wouldn't have made a chicken burrito without chicken" (which you very clearly did) and there was nothing he could do because it had left the store..Well you did in fact make a chicken burrito without chicken sir.. and you essentially took our money from us. worst experience at this location and will never be coming back. Currently contacting hot head HQ because it was quite literally the worst experience I've ever had at a place of business. Just go to Chipotle.

This is the worst location we've ever been to. Both the bowl and burrito have been really small compared to visiting other locations. The guy there was super rude and curt, and was almost afraid to give you the food you're asking to pay for. It was almost a pinch of everything that they could give you- as minimally as possible. Definitely not the standards I expect from frequenting Hot Heads. This one is unfortunately the one closest but definitely skip this one.

Original Review: Always a good choice if you're looking for a place that's not busy. Response from the owner: Ryan thank you what could we do better to improve our restaurant rating? Response to owner: Plain and simple, you either bring up the quality of your food or bring your prices down to match the quality. From my perspective, you're competing against Chipotle. Their meats taste better (to me) and seem to be cooked in a way that makes them more tender and juicier. When I have time to wait in line, it's Chipotle 100% of the time.
